Third party company X-Transbots, via their Facebook account, have shared our first color renders of their MX-12G2 Gravestone (G2 Motormaster).
The X-Transbots Masterpiece scaled Stunticons have been well received by collectors and we are sure your optics will be pleased with the new G2-inspired deco Motormaster for the Masterpiece scale. We have pictures in both modes from several angles. This figure will have die-cast parts, rubber tires and it will include a sword, a gun and an extra face. You can already find pre-orders for this figure via our sponsors links below. It’s scheduled for release by the 1st Quarter 2022.

Is this new G2 version of this mold enough to put you on the pre-order list? Sound off your impressions on the 2005 Boards!

I think ideally if I were choosing based on individual figures, my Berzerkars set would be comprised of the standard Crackup and Deathwish, youth-version Gravestone and Flipout, and the G2 version of Overheat.
As it is now, I own the standard Crackup and Flipout and the youth Gravestone, Overheat, Deathwish, and Flipout (double-dipped on him). I don’t own the trailer because I think Menasor in general (not just XTB’s) has a poor design and I have no desire to combine the team.
Sy-Rein
While I don’t necessarily dislike youth Gravestone, he’s definitely at the bottom of my list for the youth set. If anything, I’d like to get a set of the youth cars but skip GS… although I do quite like the youth trailer… which is why I’ve avoided going down that rabbit hole at all… because if I had the cars and the trailer, GS would have to follow. Haha
Zentropy
Funny— that’s my second-favorite youth one after Flipout.
Turingmachine75
Good to know. The only youth version I dislike is Gravestone, and wowie, I really do not like it.
Sy-Rein
Ya all the different versions are interchangeable. The only difference is the decos won’t match, for instance if you used the toy deco figures with the toon deco skeleton/trailer, the reds and yellows on the arms wouldn’t match the cars.
Turingmachine75
It does, thank you much.
blurr95
I believe yes it does. I think all of the different versions can interchange. But I don’t have any first hand knowledge as I never got gravestone and I only have the youth set. Hope that helps.

Question for the boards . . . does the original version of Gravestone fit the Youth trailer/combiner skeleton?
Agentmeister5
I'm thinking of selling my youth version if anyone is interested. I've had him combined for awhile now but I need space for other things. PM me if interested.

Edit: FIXED IT.

This whole assembly on the right side of the right leg. Left side (angled tab) fits in, but I’ve pushed as tightly as I dare and the right hand panel just doesn’t go any further than the below picture. I’ve highlighted in the above picture how the panel hits the inner assembly pretty tightly before it’s close enough to connect. Left hand side did indeed work with more push.

I examined the legs a little more. Turns out the duel hinges on the front end needed to be folded out fully horizontally to give enough space for the inner panels, something I failed to do on first transformation. Last panel shows them properly folded with everything locked in.

If I grasp which part you are referring to, the grey leg panels have to click together to a point. You might have to give it that little extra push to get it to lock in at the top panel at the knee area. With attaching the cars on the back, I suggest taking a screwdriver and removing one side of the wheels(faux wheels), tab them in on their respective wheel then attach to the back, then screw the other side back on after fitting. They're finicky lining up and not really the best system. If I'm missing what you're trying to point out reupload the pics with areas circled and we'll try to help you out.
Edit: I fixed some of my grammatical errors.

Hi ho, I have an issue with the Wildrider leg on Monolith. After following a video guide, I found that the leg din’t want to tab in and it seems that the right hand side panel with the rectangular peg hole just lacks enough space to fold in the way it should. Some visual aid if it helps:

I've just recently gotten my hands on the youth version of deathwish but I've found this issue where the panels won't quite connect together in the middle. As far as I can tell I am transforming it correctly but I could be wrong. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Hope that things gets going again since I think China is now reopening.

I have had this figure on PO since January 2021 with Omegalock.
I chased them up back in February to see if they had any news on when the figure is likely to come in. This is what they said:

I will rattle off another message to Omegalock later this week to see if any developments given we have gone past March/April. Surprised this figure’s re-issue has either been overlooked or passed over for other figures. You would have thought it would have been relatively simple for XTB to sort this one. Perhaps probs with their Kup and Springer have set them back along with more lockdowns in China. Getting close to 18 months since I paid for that PO in full.
