New third party company Mini1984-Toys have shared, via their Weibo account, images of the gray prototype of their Legends Scale G1 Blitzwing.
According to the information shared in the Weibo post, robot mode will stand about 12 cm tall. It features a nice robot mode design with pretty solid tank and jet modes. Keep in mind that his is still an early prototype and several changes may be done in the future.
There still not much information available at this moment, but you can click on the bar to see the mirrored images on this news post and then sound off you impressions on the 2005 Board!

tank is definitely the best mode. bot isn't bad except for the open area on the back of the lower legs. jet is the worst with all the open panels to the sides, but overall the jet is a nice design/shape other than that. overall i like the design over the MFT offering aside from the more open panels. not being painted though, that's a major deal breaker. if it truly is being sold unpainted, i don't understand that one bit.

Nothing major. If I remember correctly, he was complaining about the lack of paint, felt the design was a bit old school, think the tank mode was better than the jet, but wished they had covered up the top half of the tank more. No mention of tolerances.

Wish I knew what he said but oh well. I really like this guy, feels like a modernized version of the g1 toy. I like both the tank and jet mode a lot, especially compared to mft’s. I don’t mind the lack of paint too much, assuming I can find a good customizer that can do a semi realistic paint deco.

The mini figures come with x-transbots preceptor.

Reviewer said he wasn't sure if it would eventually be painted, as he was given a preview copy.

looks cool in the vid and i would be a buyer for sure if it had a deco. but since it doesnt it isnt even worth my time.

I think @daimchoc was meant to post this link instead, which is a review of the figure:

i clicked on the vid and scanned it real quick. but i never saw blitz. maybe i missed it or something but there is nothing anyway in the vid except still images.
*update* just watched the vid again and now sign of blitz.
but i did see these super cool articulated micro figs that come with maybe FT percy. i would buy that shit bot just for the figs.

Does blitzwing get mentioned somewhere in the video?

I agree..great idea to start out with a legends scale triple-changer. So far MFT, Magic Square, New Age, were the only ones I knew of..was not aware of the others that were mentioned.
Norita man
Well… you can argue that his legs are very tall compared to his head and he seems to have a much biggest back pack. It would be easier to compare if it was painted though
lilcarus
yeah on paper he should have been smaller than MFT blitz i thought. but i do like the style of this bot more. i would be in for a colored version but not a paint by numbers one.
Spiffy
Other than not having wings in bot mode, I feel he’s better than the MFT version in every way, proportions, alt mode characteristics etc. But I was expecting him smaller. And yknow… colour would be good.

i could totally paint this well to make it mint. but i surely wont. it sucks they are going this route. just ask for an investor to help you complete the run.
LeoJ
Either have a customizer do a diaclone paint job on it or a realistic one with desert camo on the jet and the tank. I’ve thought about getting multiple and giving it a different bb movie headsculpt. Lots of possibilities
