Facebook user Angelo Montero is reporting an unexpected but welcoming spy shot.
Apparently, a very G1 Optimus-looking truck is being hauled across Canada (judging by the uniformed police officer), presumably to the filming location of Transformers 7. The truck is mostly covered up, but a torn piece of the covering reveals a red body.
In addition to that, a Bull Bar is retrofitted to the front of the truck. We do not know whether it is for an upgraded vehicle mode for Optimus Prime or just as a safety measure to avoid damages during transportation. Latter is more likely.
You can check out the mirrored images, after the jump.

can\'t wait to see it

No one said he'd have to show up at the start of the movie.

That's a lot of effort to put into a character that's going to be replaced by Scourge within the first 10 minutes.

If they go with that Prime, then it’s only fair that Megatron get the same treatment…

God, that cape. Mama mia.
BattleGurijiba
Oh, that’s kinda disappointing then. Thought those both had already been made.

Age of time was the name for the line of Prime 1 statues featuring 'Superior Optimus Prime' and Megatron, based on Josh Nizzi designs including the glorious tread-cape Megs, it unfortunately looks increasingly unlikely that either will be released but I hope I'm wrong.
SPLIT LIP
I mean, those proportions are more or less the ones movie Prime already has. Nothing awkward about them, if anything its been more normalized. The TF movies have tones of characters with seemingly awkward proportions that move completely natural.

News to me too, though it sounds like one of those Writer's Room prompts like Operation: Skyfire

What was Age of Time?

The designs look great on paper, but the bulk and the proportion of the legs always makes me wonder about the dynamic of movements in animation. Would the leg bracers so close to each other not halt the movements? Regardless of the look, the proportions of the lower leg to upper leg should be more equal. Walking like that would look awkward in animation, I think. There's also the issue if balancing while walking. I mean these things can be cheated on when animated, but some things you can't hide with a sleight of hand.

That's why I loved how they did the eye color in Beast Wars. A lot of Maximals had red eyes, but there were some with yellows and greens, too. I hope that they apply that in the new movie. Cheetor with blue eyes would look stupid.
On the other hand, having one eye color to shoot at in the darkness of Cybertron probably helped
sladeprime
That's sad but thanks
DarkAxalonSyde
It's a 10,000% certainty that Prime won't look that cool.
sladeprime
Hope he looks something like this

From what I've heard it's actually similar to that.
Nova Maximus
They should just make the decisions on the eyes based on the colours chosen for the rest of the bot, like Prime having yellow eyes to break up all his blue.
Autobot Burnout
I think the reason it's fallen out of favor is more of a standardization across the board. Autobots typically have blue eyes (good), Decepticons have red eyes (evil), neutral parties can be assorted but are usually yellow.
Novaburnhilde
It adds more visual diversity than the good guys all having blue eyes and bad guys with red eyes. I'd actually find it interesting if Megatron had blue eyes or something, like that great early concept art designs for the first movie Megs.
Nova Maximus
Unpopular opinion probably, but Yellow eyed Prime should become the norm again.
It was up until 2007, and it should be again.
