Special thanks to wholesale website Miki, we now have our first look at the upcoming Transformers Rescue Bots: Dinobot Adventures toyline.
This line will coincide with “Season 4” of Transformers: Cyberverse as an offering to pre-school kids.
Product listing:
- Rescan 3-Pack: Predaking, Grimlock, and Snarl
- Dinobot Optimus Prime 2-Pack
- Dinobot Bumblebee 2-Pack
- Optimus Prime T-Rex
You can check out the images, after the jump.

Why would it be depressing? They think of it like any other box presents come in.
I know. Because I have a 3-5 year old.
So nothing wrong with the actual toy, then.

They were released in the UK, at least – they're all available on HasbroToyShop UK eBay store.
At this point, I'm hoping they show up at U.S. discount retailers like the Bumblebee 3-pack did.

Wonder if these are still coming out?

I’ve struck out on the Bumblebee 3 pack as well. Probably end up paying a bit more than I’d like. We are fortunate to have Target carrying these. And you do see way more of the Heatwave.

For non-Americans like me, Amazon is really the only place you can get Chase without having to buy a whole case (at Entertainment Earth), and since Chase is short-packed (one Chase to two Heatwaves), it is over-priced on Amazon at this time.
So I have three of the four Classic Heroes Team toys… and am just hoping that wave 2 shows up in Australia for me to get Chase as well.
(and then figure out how to get the Bumblebee 3-pack for a decent price as well, as it doesn't appear to be coming here)

I can attest to the slightly different color schemes for Heatwave and Chase. I found both in Target and love the color on both. Heatwave is especially striking. Even if you have these molds, these are worth getting

For those wanting the 3-pack of Dinobots… find them from a retail source, DO NOT get them from Amazon America, as they are selling them in a plain boring brown box (like they sometimes do with previous Rescue Bots Amazon exclusives), and they didn't include instructions.
They still need instructions, as they are for little kids, and some of the Rescue Bots toys have special activations that can damage the mechanics if done wrong.
Besides, how depressing would this look to a little kid, 3-5 years old, opening this up as a present.
Three of the five reviews on the Amazon page are complaints about the packaging not looking like what is shown on the product page.
The proper retail version is now out in Australia… but as you can see from my photo, I had just got the pack from Amazon America two days earlier.
Also out in America (at Amazon and Entertainment Earth) is the second wave of Classic Heroes Team – Heatwave and Chase.
They may have the Rescue Bots packaging, but I think these were heavily delayed from the beginning of this year… and along with the Bumblebee 3-pack at Ross's, is probably the last ones.
Each of the Classic Team toys is slightly different to their earlier versions, with Heatwave being a slightly lighter red and yellow, and a slightly darker blue.

I kinda hope that this becomes another tv series.

I still see them. I see them a bit more in fact, then I do the Chug stuff atm.

Fair enough.
Also, is Hasbro okay with watermarks put on their official images?
I've never done it with official images they have sent to me to distribute, but I guess Hasbro in America doesn't mind?

Retailer listings we received are titled Rescue Bots Dino OP, Rescue Bots Dino 2-pack etc. despite the packaging not mentioning so. Therefore we placed them and named them under Rescue Bots.

So… does this mean that the Rescue Bots toyline is now officially over after the current toys are gone from stores, or are these ones just one-off dinosaur themed toys under a new toyline banner (Dinobot Adventures), and we will be getting more Rescue Bots toys sometime in the future?
I'm not sure why this news topic is calling these "Rescue Bots Dinobot Adventures" when none of the packaging anywhere says "Rescue Bots". Hasbro uses molds from one toyline for other toylines all the time, so just because these were originally Rescue Bots molds, it doesn't make these redecos Rescue Bots toys if the packaging no longer uses the Rescue Bots logo or wording anywhere.
More accurately, this toyline is just called "Dinobot Adventures". Whether it relates to the old Rescue Bots universe/series remains unknown if there is no official fiction given to tie these toys to an existing toyline.

Not as far as I’m concerned.

He’s an Autobot.

So after 10-11 years we FINALLY get our VERY FIRST NON-AUTOBOT Transformer in this freakin toyline (not counting Dr. Morocco/MorBots or the humans), and it’s Predaking himself.

I wonder if this might lead to a new cartoon?

Eh. I'm rather fond of Jeffrey Combs' Ratchet.
Or Jeffrey Combs in anything, really.

"Dang, we still have quite a few unsold Rescue Bots figures in stock. Any ideas?"

There is a Shattered Glass Heatwave, but he’s a different character whose toy was released a few years before.
