Yolopark have just revealed, via their Facebook account, images and details about their IIES Bumblebee Movie Earth Mode Optimus Prime action figure.
This would be the second release of their officially licensed non-transformable action figures (first one was Bumblebee Movie Cybertronian Optimus Prime) featuring Yolopark’s Internal Interconnect Endoskeleton System (IIES) which uses real Mechanical Gear System for smooth movement unlike traditional ratchet joint. Read on for full details:
- Size approximately 24” tall [H:62cm W:45cm D:19cm].
- One (1) LED Light up Matrix of Leadership.
- One (1) set of Normal skin.
- One (1) IIES Blaster Gun
- Product shipping estimated in Q1 2022.
It will be a limited production run of only 666 pieces worldwide and pre-orders will be open only for the following licensed territories: Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Price tag is about not-so-economic $2750.

Welp, PO'd since it won't come out until next year…makes for easier payments I guess
Of course, I don't really know what I'll be getting…I hope this purchase is complete and I won't have to buy another "skin" set

Yep, that's strange, unless they are really focused on Chinese customers (as main target).
Well, despite some odd proportions as stated before, I am still loving this. I owned a P1 OP AoE ultimate and this is by far more detailed (well, my 3A OP TLN is more detailed than the P1 Was btw).
I do not simply see why so much attention on an OP version which only appears 3 seconds. I guess, this is the kind of exclusive and mostly inspired from G1 OP design.
The Cybertonian mode is still different and refers only to the movie.
crazee928
very interesting to see why earth mode is taking precedence over the initial cybertronian mode

Another video review in Chinese. They are really promoting this variant.

Sorry sorry sorry I get it

There’s no way that’s a coincidence. Wtf.

Only 666 made. That's an odd choice for a number to make.

That's exactly my point but that's one of the main reasons this figure is almost $3000, because of the moving gears when you move the joints.
But those are things that you won't really care for after you leave it on display in one pose. It's just confusing where this figure stands when you can just go for Threezero Premium Optimus for $520, unless if those moving gear and 5 inches really is worth $2000 over Threezeros. Not to mention the wonky proportions this has for the price. It's an odd piece.
SPLIT LIP
That's really my issue with this thing. It's overpriced and still not that great. There's a lot of proportional issues that ought to not be there. For nearly three grand this really should be perfection. Who wants to pay that much for "close but not quite?"
You better believe it.

Don’t people do that now buy toy leave it one pose set it and forget it ?

Just in case, this is not a model kit. This is a fully painted an assembled action figure. Yolopark is also working on a model kit, but price is still unknown.

At least the Threezero premium is priced reasonably at $520. Is spinning gears and 5 inches in height really worth the extra $2000 for Yoloparks version? Most people are probably gonna just leave this thing in one pose and then display it so it's not like the spinning gears amount to anything in the end besides it looking cool for 5 minutes when you get it. It's such a massive figure that posing it properly will take a good amount of effort as well.
YoloParks version also has some stubby short and wide looking proportions going on and is even missing a few paint details that Threezero has over it. Just look at how wide and massive the hips/legs are apart. This figure will forever confuse me since you would expect better for what they're charging. I wish they did a better job all things considered. This should have been priced at around $999-$1200 max.
