Just got my shattered glass Soundwave in the mail today off ebay! What an absolute beauty to see and handle in person, such an amazing figure.

… I got to savor this moment for maybe five minutes before realizing the seller had broken the right bicep and glued it back together haphazardly, locking the first elbow joint in place forever

I am beginning to know Threezero too well. Prediction stands, there are 1k pieces of this figure, confirmed by their Facebook.

Oh well probably for the best, I definitely wanted it but after CAD/USD conversion + shipping, I wouldn't be surprised if it cost 400-500

Yes, BBTS did say they only had 300 available for North America. I think it's pretty much the norm for Threezero repaints.
Atomsk
It's that limited of a run?
Grimlock212
Well, there’s always eBay too.

Damn, went to go PO him and saw it was sold out. Hopefully, someone cancels

So I've had my DLX Prime and Blitzwing since they were released and the joints are still good as new so they seem durable. Though, I haven't been messing with them as much lately.

Hope everyone that was on the fence got one. That’s all 300 pieces for North America (unless you get yours via Threezero direct, once they get their allotment; going to guess the full edition number is 1,000).

So I have some dumb questions. I have the deluxe Optimus Prime and I love . I can't stop posing it but I also don't want to wear the joints down. Are the joints durable? What are they made of? Will they last the test of time?
Megatron118
I’m tempted by this, bc I like Shattered Glass Soundwave, but I don’t like him that much. It looks very good though

lol clever, i love these guys and won't deny they're out of this world but there's so many joints and the diecast throws stuff off just enough to be mildly annoying when trying to pose all of them on the same shelf. a domino effect with these guys is not ideal haha

No photoshop. I essentially have one of Ravage's back legs/butt area touching the top of Soundwave's inner cassete area, if that makes sense. Gravity is pretty much doing all the work. Ravage wants to tilt forward but that upper portion of his back leg/butt is touching the top inner area of the cassete box on Soundwave so he can't fall or move. I then just have his back legs paws on the cassete cover.
