Nearly any country from the 20th century and before, and even some now one could argue. The US had slavery, state supported discrimination and colonialization for a long time.
But even if we take the real world out of this, how the hell does "Four panels crap on Transformers fans" by showing Decepticons just taking a break? It's almost like they're characters one would like to be interested in rather than one-not villains like they were in the movies.

I wish it was drawn in the style of the 80s cartoon rather than FiM (or later – whatever today's style is called.) Nevertheless, I am forced to concede that this is amusingly adorable.

Wildwheel is frustrating because his bot mode is awesome but his alt is so generic. It worked more or less as a one-off joke (generic mook reinvents himself as something more) but if he's going to start being drawn in to other continuities I'd love for him to get a more unique alt.
Hell, drop him in Beast Wars. A horse that turns in to a cowboy is definitely their speed.
