Via Kreemzek Reviews on Youtube we have our first in-hand images of the new Transformers War For Cybertron Quintesson Guard.
The Quintesson Guard is a redeco of the Siege Ironhide mold with a black and silver “battle damage” finishing all over his body, based on the bodyguard drones we saw in the War For Cybetron: Earthtise cartoon. This is sure an extreme deco (similar to what we saw in the Siege Rusticon), so it’s up to you to decide if it’s cool or not. We have pics robot and alt mode as well as a comparison shots next to other War For Cybertron figures.

Gumblor Gimbles
to be fair, you make a good point.

i hate the look of hasbro's attempts at battle damage i have not seen one i think it looks good on ! it looks like an old over played toy that the paint has rubbed off on and nothing else
Q Prime
I think you could use that description for most of the robots in the WFC cartoon with how much they transform…
Gumblor Gimbles
i kinda like the ragged look. i could see these being barely-functional, clunky androids that struggle to transform.

Honestly I don't mind the repaint at all all the others are just battle damage haters and can't move on from originals its not supposed to be ironhide guys hence why you can't match colors to anything but bayverse ironhide cause that shouldn't be Ironhide either.

Νew Netflix TF show, has these as drones serving a certain Quintesson.

This is Diaclone Ironhide.

This is Quintesson Guard.

They aren't even close in looks. The black isn't even where the black is supposed to be.
Q Prime
So… a black Ironhide? That's essentially Ironhide's colour layout, just with black instead of red and a different shade of grey.
WishfulThinking
He has black lower legs, black forearms and fists and a black helmet. The rest is essentially silver/gray. He has more deco in common with Marvel G1 Megatron than Diaclone Ironhide.
denebian
Its almost half and half.
The shins/legs, arms, back/torso, head are black with silver damage paint. The shoulders, waist, hips, thighs, feet are gray with black damage paint. The windshield is clear with silver paint.
In bot mode it is roughly half each. In vehicle mode it is more black than silver, around 70-30, just by the way the legs fold out and the side panels fold around.

What are you talking about? It's a black base color with silver "battle damage" all over. But the actual color of the figure is black.
WishfulThinking
How are people getting black from a dominantly silver paint job? Shall we start calling Bluestreak "Barricade"?
RodimusRex
I kinda wish that they had gone for deep sea/aquatic colors closer to Sharkticons and Allicons. Like if he'd been green and purple with blue head and hands.
Raiyuki
Unfortunately I'm not aware of one but it's possible one exists. I couldn't tell you to be honest.

Or hang around with the dead Prime repaint.
But a Bayverse deco with the cannons likely would get more interest.

Yeah, I'm not seeing where people are saying this is Diaclone Ironhide – but I'm definitely seeing G2 Ironhide.
Another homage for G2 as well, since he's a silver truck:

Damn I mean…the grey/black/neon green color scheme does seem a little on the nose if that wasn't the point, doesn't it? I wonder if you're right. Hell of a coincidence if not.
Also, as both an Ironhide and army building fanboy, I'll probably try to get at least three of these.
grimtnt
It will be hybrid G1 / live action films for me, just need a red stripe for the G1 reference, and some big guns.

Ironhide Nega!
But seriously, where the hell is Snowcat, this is getting ridiculous.
Fallout
i think the boom comes just before ironhide's head is removed, technically…
