Thanks to Instagram user tonezone.mp4 we can share for you new in-hand images of Kingdom Voyager Inferno.
This figure is part of Kingdom Wave 2 Voyager together with Dinobot (this wave was recently spotted in Singapore) and it’s a redeco and remold of Earthrise Grapple. More noticeable new sculpts are the face and a completely new extendable ladder for the alt mode plus some hoses. A very nice addition to the War For Cybertron line. According to tonezone comments, Inferno still has Grapples’s pegs issue, so be careful when transforming him.

I wonder if TT would do that in a similar vein to Super Megatron. I’d love it to be bigger too, but this is a mega obscure deep cut, I’d be stoked just to have it represented in any way.
seems like it could actually be done without a massive amount of remolding to K Inferno.

When they make a new Fire Convoy.

Yes. Welcome to horseshoe theory, TF edition.

Are we going to get complaints every time a G1 character who shares their name with a Beast Wars character gets announced?

"That makes this twice as embarrassing!"

"And now, what everyone's actually here for: some pictures of Inferno!"

Learning NOT to buy it all and finding your collection focus are super important, but rarely discussed. Don't waste energy bellyaching that Hasbro isn't catering to your focus. They'll either get there eventually or distract you with something else you'll like. Trust. I've been in this game almost 20 years.
Out of curiosity, which Animated toys did you end up getting? I can understand the line being divisive, but some of those toys are really good molds. Jazz, Soundwave, that samurai sidecar motorcycle Prowl, Wreck-gar, Swindle… I still can't believe Wilfred Brimley Blackout exists, and I own it. Not exactly the jewel of my collection, but fits in well with other oddities like Heinrad and that horse with the confusing extendable head gimmick.
(I like Inferno a lot, but I wish I had him last year. Better than the universe mold, which is still pretty good.)

Ahhhh, you're missing mine then. Don't worry, i'll post it here for you.
Known Members Of The House of Magnus (primary production model designated for Matrix bearing and armor upgrades): Nova Magnus aka Nova Prime…Ultra Magnus aka Shining Magnus…Delta Magnus aka Powered Convoy…Orion (Pax) Magnus aka Optimus Prime…Unauthorized production model designation "Nemesis Magnus aka Nemesis Prime"…Unauthorized production model designation "Toxitron"…There are 10 or more production models without designation and known multiverse model aberrations not listed.

When it comes to mega obscure characters/characterizations, I know beggars can't be choosers, but I'd prefer a bigger mold, because in my mind that Rodimus is a giant and wouldn't want him as a tiny voyager.

This. I knew it wasn't going to be the right Inferno, but still. Not of the queen! Not of the colony!

In all fairness, if they were run of the mill moral busybodies then I could see your point but the full quote did specify omnipotent moral busybodies. There's enough material out there to show that someone like say, Superman (or a political leader) doing whatever he feels like based solely on his own sense of morality/ethics is bad news for damn near everyone. Thinking you're the good guy can be one hell of a drug.
EDIT: For kicks, the rest of the quote:
"They may be more likely to go to Heaven yet at the same time likelier to make a Hell of earth. Their very kindness stings with intolerable insult. To be ‘cured’ against one’s will and cured of states which we may not regard as disease is to be put on a level of those who have not yet reached the age of reason or those who never will; to be classed with infants, imbeciles, and domestic animals."

I couldn't agree more and also the ignore feature is great.

I do think it's important to keep in mind… this isn't the main line. Cyberverse is. That's a better place to focus your "are they doing anything actually new, or are they rehashing?" questions than Generations.

When the new figures list for SS86/Kingdom was revealed, I thought I would save money and skip many of the figures due to not liking the 86 movie, not interested in BW figures, and already owning the entire Prime Wars trilogy toyline. However, after getting SS Hot Rod with a Target gift card – I'm all in and got every single G1 figure from SS86/Kingdom. I feel these G1 figures are big improvements/updates over the Prime Wars trilogy ones. I initially was going to skip Inferno but I will get him too.

Like I said elsewhere, I've been in this thing since like… September 1984.
The only person I'm giving a bad name is me, and I've been in the fandom long enough (seriously, I've been complaining about robots online longer than some of y'all have been alive) that my name is pretty bad to begin with, lol.
TBQH what I want from Hasbro is forward motion with the ball.
I wasn't super into RID10s but I appreciated that we got fun new characters like Strongarm and Bisk and Thunderhoof alongside The Usual Suspects. I like the Fossilizers a lot. They're genuinely fun toys, especially retro-fitted into the Weaponizers to create weird mutant freak guys – but they don't have any, uh, spark to them. They're just there with no lore or fiction or personality, and that means they're ultimately disposable. Make me give a shit about Paleotrex beyond "really neat toy, you can give people cool Wolverine claws with their limbs!"
If we're really just going to get Mini Masterpiece versions of Whatever You Liked as a Kid going forward, then the franchise is effectively dead. Whether it's Perfect Sunbow '84/TFTM Cast or Studio Series or eventually Perfect Beast Wars or Perfect Animated or Perfect Prime, if there's no meaningful new characters and new fiction and new ideas coming out of the mainline… who gives a shit?
You might as well be collecting He-Man at that point. Just the same fucking dozen guys over and over again forever, but this time with better articulation.
