I prefer Guido Guidi's take on Wildman's style far more than Wildman can do his own style.
THE-TRANSFORMER
The man is a chameleon.
He can draw Transformers in any/all styles, not to mention his own fantastic renditions.

Finally something for me to buy. I haven\'t bought an IDW comic since Sins of the Wreckers.

Ah, Man of Iron, my favourite Transformers comic story, so beautifully drawn, happy memories. The period in time I enjoyed Transformers the most, full of wonder and excitement.
Dark Starscream
Is this true???

When I first saw this, I thought it was going to be another issue of the 84 series and was very excited. Then I read further and realized this was just reprints.
HEY IDW! More TF 84, please!

As if it needs to be said again: Guido is one of the best comic artists today, 100%.

I loved '84 and I love that they're putting issue #0 in with The Man of Iron. I legitimately love that clunky retcon for Fastlane and Cloudraker. I went digital for the rest of the series but I think I'l pick this up just to own more comics with fabulous Guido Guidi art. I honestly can't gush about '84 enough and this release with comics from 35 years ago has me more excited than almost all of IDW19 up until now.

I'll never get tired of more Guido artwork. He has such a solid grasp on the look of the series, and it never fails to impress me.

This is heralding the next mini series

I'd rather get a new series of Transformers '84 then just a bunch of reprints.

Transformers '84 features, in my opinion, the best artwork in current comics. It has an old school style with the vibrancy of modern colors.
It's a work of art.
Blitz.
even that back page with Star Saber and Straxus in his swords reflection is amazing. Is that actually from Transformers '84? I know it's an edit of the cover to issue3 but does he actually turn up in the story? I might have to pull the trigger on the trade is thats the case.

Guido is the best. What a simple but great cover.

My LCS sold out of their Beast Wars pre-orders. They'll have some regular covers for retail in-store on Wednesday, but the pre-order allotment is gone, including all RI exclusives.

While I do appreciate Ramondelli as a fill in artist for side stories, I wish he would upgrade his art form more.
BlaminisPrime
I always feel like they miss an opprotunity by not putting the deluxe ones in swarm shots like this
Omegax80
I vote imaginary gun.
Artwork aside, I enjoy the story direction. It seems multi-faceted and uniting for a larger story arc. Not to spoil anything, but I imagine with the conclusion of Galaxies, those stories are going to collide with the main story.
