Thanks to 2005 Board member Skillfulgram2003 and Twitter user @SoupCt123 we can share for you some in-hands images of the new Transformers Cyberverse Deluxe Prowl, Starscream & Soundwave.
While this new toys don’t come with a Build-A-Figure part like the previous waves, they include several new accessories. They were recently found at US retail and now we have a closer look at each toy. Starscream is a fun and poseable toy loaded with several blast and missile effects for his both modes. Soundwave comes with his partner Laserbeak (which is even smaller than Siege Micro Master Laserbeak) that fits into Soundwave’s chest. It’s good to notice that Soundwave is a pretty tall figure compared to previous Cyberverse Deluxes. Prowl looks pretty similar to the Earthrise Autobot cars and he looks well next to them, even when he’s a bit taller.

So I ordered Prowl from Target.com, and received Starscream. Looking at the website, the Prowl and Starscream listings have the others stock images, which led to my mistake. So if you're ordering from Target, don't be a moron like me and go off of stock images alone.

and as I wait for these three, I picked up Prime from BBTS, Grimlock and Thunderhowl from Amazon, and Everyone else for the BAF at my walmart

Dat white balance on the vid…makes it very difficult to watch.

Damn shame that they couldn't design his hands to fold into his forearms.
Hasbro seems to have an aversion to that on a few bots lately for some reason.

Gotta admit, Starscream looks pretty dope. And it's always nice to see a Starscream toy without fake cockpit on it's chest.

Just found them at a local target, wasn’t interested, so I just left them.

To those who have these in hand. Could you post pics of the instructions? Just curious how these guys transform

This is what I was afraid of and why I'm so stoked about the rear alt mode for Prowl. I bought the incinerator Prowl version or whatever the special action cyberverse figures were called (i can't remember) and it seems like they transformed the same. They both even have the flip up cannons.

Ok, Prowl is growing on me quickly. I managed to nab ER Bluestreak, and if by any chance you have him or any other ER Datsun, could you take some more of your excellent pictures with him? Also, how much will Prowl cost?

Starscream looks good, but no Vic Viper alt mode
Will impulse buy if I see him tho

Oh… Oh Myyyyy… The back of those Prowl legs is glorious. So much better than Siege or Earthrise. I need one Amazon to post this bad boy up so I can get my free shipping.

That Starscream looks fantastic imho. I love the two-tone coloring on the arms and legs as a change for once, and I actually really like his kind of weird starfighter-esque alt mode, there's definitely enough freshness here that it stands up well on its own as opposed to being "just another G1 Starscream".
Prowl, the more I see it, the more I kind of want it, but I think I'll try to hold off until I either see it for cheap or maybe if they repaint it into another character. As several people have said I would definitely buy a black/clear purple Barricade repaint of this mold, looks kind of evil with all the pointy bits.

Aw Yeah, Neitlich's stuff is great, just watched his video on the development of the original She-Ra toy line a few days ago.
I have to admit I've yet to buy any Cyberverse stuff, so I don't have any in-hand experience, but from what I've seen these more recent deluxe figures seem quite a bit more posable and sturdier compared to previous, more gimmick-oriented warrior class figures. According to the good @Taichi this new Prowl figure's joints feel pretty nice and tight, which is definitely nice to hear. Yeah, on paper Cyberverse is the more kid oriented line of the franchise right now alongside rescue bots, but I could see these deluxes either targeting older collectors that want more "serious" figures of the Cyberverse designs or as a jumping point for kids to Generations. Generations might be tugging at the nostalgic heart strings of (mostly G1 loving) adult collectors, but a cool looking toys's a cool looking toy. If designs such as those of Darth Vader, Iron Man or the T-800 endoskeleton can still capture the imaginations of kids after all these decades, I think there's a chance even some of today's kids could find something like Siege Prime cool enough to warrant some interest.
As for the WfC Prowls, I can forgive the lack of a grill on Siege Prowl since he's supposed to be a Cybertronian car that looks suspiciously like an Earth car (I know it's not for everyone, but the retrofuturistic cheesiness of it works for me). That and I think that translucent wheels on him look pretty. Yeah, the wheels on the Earthrise Datsuns do look cheap, but everything else seem good enough for me to compensate for them. Granted, I also skipped a lot of previous CHUG iterations of G1 characters, either because I wasn't collecting back then or due to me not finding them good enough, and many of the WfC figures are my first toys of the characters since the original toy line (or ever), so I don't suffer from G1 fatigue the same way many people seem to here.
Back to Cyberverse though, these deluxe guys do seem better (or at least more in line with what I'm looking for in figures) than what the line's been offering before. I'm pretty happy right now just collecting Generations (and SS86 once it becomes readily available where I live), but I wouldn't mind picking up some of these deluxes somewhere down the line, like this Prowl, Bumblebee, Arcee, Shockwave or Thunderhowl. Hammerbite looks kinda cool too, though I'm not sure if he's deluxe or warrior class.

Pretty sad that I was excited to finally be getting more Decepticons but only like the one Autobot.

I'm wondering if there will be any waves after this, we've got those movies coming so who knows. I think a Shadow Striker and Windblade wouldn't be too out of left field.
Chareos
Wow, impressive how the usual Datsun hollowness is not there or hidden
Taichi
So the joints on mine are tight and able. He’s pretty good. Here’s some shots.

Great YouTube channel I'll plug here is Scott Neitlich. He ran Matty Collector for Mattel and regularly talks about the development of toylines. Some toylines are designed more for collectors and others are designed more to appeal to kids who play with them. I always assumed that Cyberverse is aimed primarily at kids, and Siege is done with the expectation that collectors will buy up large amounts. (Too much, frankly, which is annoying that Hasbro seems to like to create gimmicky shortages to create rushes and scalper purchases.)
Cyberverse toys I've seen haven't been quality, and seemed aimed more at the simple forms and high play value specifically for kids. These seem…better? I have to admit, it's annoying that Cyberverse Prowl has a grill cage like a real police car while Siege doesn't. And they both appear to have the same cheap wheels.
