Via friend site and sponsor Dorkside Toys we have our first look at the upcoming Transformers War For Cybertron Buzzworthy Bumblebee 2-Pack (Bumblebee & Spike).
This pack is sure an unexpected surprise. The packaging just features the “War For Cybertron Trilogy” logo, and there is a curious mix of art style with a G1 styled Bumblebee on top of the card and an Evergreen/Cyberverse Bumblebee face in the lower left corner.
The figure is a new design with a head closer to his original G1 design but with a generic car mode. There’s no indication of the size, but it seems to be a simple and small figure (Core class maybe?). Spike is an even smaller figurine molded after his exo-suit which can “transform” into a vehicle mode. We still have no concrete information on price or release date, but stay tuned with TFW2005 for more updates.

Saw this set today, and in person this Bee doesn't look too bad at all.
Unfortunately he isn't worth anywhere near $15 to me though, so I'll wait and see if he ever gets in the clearance aisle.

opened up mine the other day…
amazing how tiny BB is in car mode…almost as small as his original G1 self…
spike would have benefitted from…something else…either a face or more than just folding his backpack to transform…

Have you watched beast wars? The g1 characters tower over the beast war guys, bw megatron was the size of g1 primes head

What's weird about Buzzworthy Core Bumblebee is that he scales better with Earthrise Optimus per the Sunbow chart.
Fenrys
The core class outside of the beast wars characters is it's own scale that doesn't relate to the Kingdom BW figures at all, it's tied to the ark titan
Philo
Picked up a Core Class sized Bumblebee with Exo Spike today at Target. He\'s a little smaller than Core Class Optimus Prime which make sense since the Core Class are supposed to be (or at least close to) size accurate compared to the Beast War bots in the Kingdom line.

Oh Target…..another store that I don't have in my part of the world. Thanks anyway

Hasn't come out yet. He is an exclusive to target as is all the buzzworthy line. The movie figures have already been sighted.
faciov42
When this comes out? And, is some Sort of exclusive?

serious question. why is it called "Buzzworthy" ?
Sammael
Every other Buzzworthy toy is a repack. So this will be as well…

I really don't care for this as Bumblebee. I'd have been tempted by Bumper. All he needed was a change of head. I'm not doing a custom though.
I'm sure they intended it to be Bumper then someone said to sell it as Bumblebee instead. Because Bumblebee doesn't have enough toys apparently.

Considering little Timmy already pays like $4 for tiny blind bags, yes $15 is worth it.
BlaminisPrime
15 dollars for a crummy alternative and his brick friend is worth it to timmy and his mom in your eyes
Predakwon
Meh, it's $15. I'll gladly get this as long as it's available online.

Again, why couldn't this be a re-release of Netflix Bee?
I got half a mind to go over there and offer free back massages to the Hasbro guys if it means they'll consider using Netflix Bee in this subline.
