Courtesy of Transformers At The Moon we can share for your our first image of the rare Lucky Draw TV Magazine Color Competition Beast Wars II Galvatron.
Some things take time to be revealed, and the field of exclusive and limited Transformers items is sure full of surprises yet. This figure was part of a TV Magazine Color Competition in 1999 where special redecos of several Beast Wars II toys were offered. You could win Diver, Bighorn, Tasmania Kid, Scuba, Apache, Lio Convoy or Galvatron. While most of these items are already hard to find these days (even pictures), this is the very first time we have a look at this yellow, red and green BW II Galvatron toy via the recently released Transformers Super Encyclopedia pocket book. A great discovery after 21 years of its original release.
Now here comes a question: When will we ever see images of the toy itself? Patience will be our best ally, considering that the special colored Beast Wars II Lio Convoy toy from the same year was only seen in pictures until it was shown in physical form at the Transformers 35th Anniversary Celebration – Transformers Fight! Super Robot Sonic Festival 2019.

Yeah, sorry for telling you it was a KO

Hm. Perhaps. Thanks for the input, everyone! Any one of those candidates could be the one, although to be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if it was somehow an amalgam of the whole lot; my brain can be weird sometimes.

I second this, Universe 1.0 was frikkin' great.
Give me Ape Linq Primal dangit and T-Wrecks Megs dangit. Yes I know he was TM Primal but still-
SPLIT LIP
This thread is just making me wish we'd get BW-UT moulds rereleased in wacky colours ala Universe 1.0. I'd buy the shit out of old toys with weird and unique decoes.

This is an awesome find.
I wonder where that Galvatron ended up…

This is one of my favorite parts of this hobby, finding out that one random Galvatron repaint exists that nobody has seen before (and may never find IRL). Like, I've known about Beast Wars II since damn near when it first aired, and we're still finding out about Lucky Draw repaints? You love to see it.

Hot damn that Scuba is mighty nice. Very Powerhuggy vibe coming off of him.

I'm Loving it!

Universe Tankor? Because that's what he reminds me of. Its the color blocking of the yellow on the shins, I think.
Darkstone
Shattered Glass Beast Wars II
These look awesome, I was only familiar with the Lio Convoy repaint, the others are all new to me. Fascinating how we can get brand new pictures of old and rare toys like this.
Berser Car
Everybody's favorite beast wars character, Injector.
Blitz.
I wonder what happened to these toys. I assume they all went to kids so unless the parent and/or child knew about the collectability these all could be sitting in boxes of toys in japan or some Japanese goodwill.

Forget the Ronald McDonald Lucky Draw BW II Galvatron, holy heck that cool red, black gold and silver scheme on Lio Convoy. MP Lio Convoy should TOTALLY be repainted into that thing of beauty! Id bloody buy a dozen!
Purple Heart
This is literally my Holy-Fucking Grail. If you own this, I envy you with every fiber in my being.
Also pls sell I will pay big $$$.
Feralstorm
Looks so very much like one of those random-primary-colors BW toy knockoffs one might find at places like Big Lots back in the late 90s/early 00s
Chefprime
Maybe these guys.

Amazing that discoveries like this can still be made decades later. I wonder what other rare stuff we still haven't found.
It reminds me a bit of Universe 2003 Repugnus.
ShadowOfSilver
Bludgeon, maybe?
Furnace
Something about Gavatron's color scheme is so hauntingly familiar, but for the life of me, I just can't place it.
