First announced back in July this year, the new Transformers VR Game by RobocomVR has been officially launched.
According to an article in Esquire Middle East, this new Transformers VR game is debuting at Al Badayer Fort, and it will be open at Dubai Mall’s VR Park over the coming weeks. The game will put the player in control of either Optimus Prime or Bumblebee (using a VR robotic shell/chair) as they wage war against the Decepticons. The game will include a single player and multiplayer mode to compete with friends. It’s good to notice that all the character use the Evergreen design. This game should not be confused with Minority Media’s Transformers: VR Battle Arena.

SPLIT LIP
This is impressively terrible.
Chaos Muffin
Still waiting to explore around Cybertron in VR.

Here's (probably) why:

Basically for the kind of game that you'll see in a mall yeah this is exactly what I'd expect. For a home title I'd of loved to have seen some use of a floor space. Hell a dedicated team could probably mod WFC to play as an FPS…. But transforming and driving would both be awesome and instant motion sickness. When I got my Vive years ago I had a freebie game that was based around having a jet pack. Flying into walls and going full speed into the ground legit had me tensing up like I was actually going to hit something.

Maybe I'm alone here, but when I hear Transformers VR, I expect something like this here;

I know I'm beating a dead horse with this but… WHY IS IT ALWAYS EVERGREEN? XD
Also I'm just gonna say it… I could gather like one or two friends right now and make something better-looking than this in a month.

Im just gonna list what I noticed here and why this is pretty bad in my opinion, ( just what I seemed to notice not 100% sure if this is what happened don\'t take my word )
Shrinking models,
Textures going against the other art style the cars for example,
Basic enemies are not steve,
And basically just very bad animations on megatron on the official trailer.
Ramjet555
Yes, the soulless, Breath of the Wild rip off, gacha game isn't terrible.
Toadalinakong
The style and machine looks like it could be fun, but that trailer was terribly made

Oh hey, those are the Guardian enemies from the FOC game. Even though the Cybertron games are completely dead in the ground, they still found a way to reference that universe in the most vague way. Kinda like most arcade games honestly.
Scarlet knight
That is the most lifeless animation I have seen in a long time.

Genshin Impact proved that mobile games don't have to be terrible.
Night Flame
The tagline for this game should be, "It looks like shit, it plays like shit, but hey, it's COMPLETELY IMMERSIVE shit."
I remember when Hasbro said they wanted to transition into more of a media company (cause they were jealously eyeing the mad phat stacks the house of mouse rakes in) thinking maybe they'd finally start to try focusing on creating better content. Between this game, the at best "ok but not great" films and the joke of a cartoon we're getting as the "definitive Transformers," I think my faith was misplaced. At nearly every level the content has gotten worse since they made that announcement all those years ago. I mean, Bumblebee was a *slight* improvement, which makes it an island of mediocrity in an ocean of hot garbage.
I hate to be that guy, but I'd really like to see SOME form of effort put into content surrounding the property. Hasbro doesn't seem to get the reason Disney manages to keep raking it in is they USUALLY put out something of quality. Granted, they've had some slips here or there, but overall it's enjoyable. The Hasbro equivalence simply doesn't exist on the same plane. Kinda frustrating I have to look at properties that were never all that important to me to get entertainment that doesn't make me feel insulted.
At least the toys are awesome sometimes.

That might be the single worst trailer for a game I’ve ever seen… Licensed games don’t *have* to be bad, but Hasbro apparently can’t remember what made Transformers Armada for PS2 a half-decent product.
It’s like they don’t realize that their games will be on the shelf next to to first party games with actual effort and love put into them. I know this is an arcade game, but that’s no excuse for a lifeless cell phone level product.
CobraKai
And the award for “the least exciting trailer ever” goes to….. Transformers VR

It doesn\'t look \'bad\' but that is one awkward trailer
