Third Party company Fans Hobby have shared images of the color test shot of their next release:MB-12A Nitewalker (G1 Nightbeat).

This is remold/redeco of Fans Hobby MB-12 Athena (Masterforce Minerva) featuring new parts for the arms, chest plus 2 new face plates (with visor & without visor) and a new G1 inspired Nightbeat deco. Keep in mind that this is an early test shot and some changes may be done in the final product.

Take it it can't transform with the changes?

It can, but the spoilers have to be removed. They just hold in place with friction. And the window decals have to be removed, or there will be a silver square on the hood.
I don't transform my figures though.

Thanks. So hes a good size. The Generations Nightbeat just isn't doing it for me anymore after reading the comics.

Thanks. I couldn't find any pics of Nite Walker next to MMC stuff. Anyone else have a pic of Nite Walker next to any Hasbro deluxes or voyagers?

I don't have the figure myself also because I wondered about size, but for a different reason: I wanted to use him alongsize the Fansproject headmasters. Made a pic request . Turns out the figure is about a head taller than a FP headmaster and a FP Headmaster is about a head shorter than MMC Rodimus.

I've also seen other posts like by Sixo, that show it to be about carbot sized. And that's again about the same size as MMC Rodimus (hence why sizewise MP Skids works for a IDW collection).

So, yes. I think he fits in size wise.

Does Nite Walker work as an IDW stand in? I would assume he's too big but wondered if he looks good with other bigger third party figures like MMC reformatted.
