"Officially" we've had zero confirmation of either.
It is speculated though that Thrust is a Target exclusive and Bluestreak is an Amazon exclusive, due to those being the only places where listings have been found for these figures.

I was looking all morning to figure out where Bluestreak was being sold outside of Japan. I did order the Centurion drone, though. Missed out on the Pulse release, so I'm really happy that Takara's releasing it and I don't have to go to eBay.

Too late, I ordered from Anime Export.
Thinking about the Tetrajets. I order alot of Siege from Takara. The asking price is pretty steep for this though.
Edit: While surfing through these moon runes looking for the Tetrajet link, I saw they have Gigawatt as well. If AE would list it alonge with the rest of this stuff, I might pick one up even at $55 just to not have to deal with Walmart.
