Via Hobbymizer Studio we can share for you some new stock images of the upcoming Transformers Kingdom Optimus Primal, Cheetor & Rattrap.
The new images let us see the figures from different angles and positions, so we can appreciate the articulation range and how the kibble and parts are managed in robot and beast mode.

MORE BEASTS ARE COMING!!! Damn, i can't wait to get that dinobot…

So, Optimus doesn't have rubbery parts like Megatron right?
samisham
I'm hoping that's what they use for the tires on the RID Autobots if we ever get them.
Speaking of which does anyone else plan to display T30 Skybyte with the Kingdom Predacons?

I really like the use of Rubbery plastic,
Still working fine on my Movie Sludge and it's been years.

That use of Rubbery plastic make me want it more, just feels interesting in hand.
It can be done right.
I wonder if they'll make T-Wrecks
loof
Yeah, I just found it, and my faith is restored.

Shouldn't you logically be able to collapse this using that green double-jojnt? Then the hip flaps might be able to lay on top of the arms and the other kibble?

That rubbery plastic has me seriously thinking about canceling my second pre-order…
Such a bummer.

"The rubbery plastic on the hips moves when you move his legs, but that is totally okay." No, it isn't.
"The rubbery plastic underneath the tail comes undone easily, but that is totally okay." No, it isn't.
"These two pieces are springloaded for no reason, which is quite nice." No, it isn't.
"The only downside after transformation will be the backpack and especially the thigh-section." We agree on something!
We also agree on the canon in the mouth and the shape of the tail. I also wish the tail of Kindom Megs was purple instead of beige.
I like both the TonTon backpack mods. I'll see which one I'll adopt, but they make the backpack look kind of acceptable to me.
One thing that irks me is how the back of the robot head is just bare purple plastic instead of the gunmetal grey they used on the rest of the helmet.
But the facesculpt is very nice. A smirk would have been nicer, but I like that he looks less comical than the MP face sculpt.
All in all, he looks very nice and I want him, but I really hope that rubbery stuff attaches to the plastic better on my copy.

Man, I remember when people whined about MP BW Megatron's backpack. While I could live with the backpack, the rubbery plastic and the backpack is a little too much for me and I'll probably cancel the POs for him and Primal .

Yikes.
They sure managed to hide those enormous dino pieces on his lower back in all the photos up until now.

I definitely want this and Grimlock. Megs feels like a better leader class than most we've been getting, and Grimlock REALLY feels like he fills out his price point. Even before that crappy Wheelie thing.
I have to say, as much as the rubbery plastic makes sense as a 'skin' for his beast mode, I'm not that much of a fan of it lately. Hasbro is using it WAY too much, and it just feels flimsy. But even if they thicken this stuff up for Megs, my worry is how that stuff is going to chemically break down over the years. Rubbery plastic from past toys have a habit of sweating themselves to a stickiness, and if Megatron is going to be covered in this stuff, that does not bode well for him into the future. Considering they don't always test for these kinds of issues (see: CW Superion jet noses melting plastic), I'm rather worried about it.
Compubotimus
the tail weapon _looks_ like it's pegged on rather than screwed/pinned, but unless I happened to skip past it none of the reviews or previews seem to have examined that. Anyone know whether it's (officially or not) removeable?
