Where is the best place to order from? Anuone trying to get rid of theirs?

Thankfully not an actual break but definitely not good. It seems the pin that secures the entire arm onto that little grey section of the torso gets very loose over time and will just slide right out.

Thanks man, phew, I think I finally understand where the chest is supposed to sit and the way to get there with a little trial and error still, bit I must admit, I mystified as to how he's suddenly so solid now! Just like you said, can pick him up now by the windows!
I also had trouble getting the side parts with the front wheels on properly aligned until I realised how the spine can interfere with them.
Blue Meanie
That looks right. You can tell because you can shake the thing and it stays in place. I pick him up by the windows with no problem.
Zherneboh
yeah thanks guys, I've not got it completely locked in as you've noted but I've still been able to pose and manipulate just fine with a bit of care. He looks cool to me anyways. But yes I'm going to keep trying to get the chest area locked in better, still don't fully get it, chiefly with the flaps that form the grill on alt mode, I don't get that soft click… But I'll keep on at it!
EDIT: Apologies for my phone camera, is this more the thing? It seems to be locked in place now at least:View attachment 28930589

You might be having issues with the figures chest because you have it positioned wrong (in the photos at least)
Edit: the above beat me to it by seconds haha.

I am surprised so many people have issues and aren't liking the figure. He is one of the most fidley PITA transformations to be sure, but once that chest is locked he's pretty solid. I can say I see tons of pictures of him mis-transformed (throughout the thread). If the shoulder pieces are above the chest windows its not locked in place. If you can see the white areas of those parts keep working on locking that chest/matrix area. It can take 5 minutes or more the first time even watching the tutorial. Then its "oooooohhhhhhhh, i see….". Just helped my friend get his solidly locked. Its still stupidly difficult, and takes fun away, but at least the final bot is solid.

Just got my Nemesis. Didn't get the original version and went into this knowing about the issues, which are also present for me, floppy hands, chest tabbing being the main ones but I'm happy with the non invasive fan fixes. I'm really happy I got it, the transformation had a few quirks but it's fine, I think it's an impressive figure! I might get a Transcraft BB Prime to Square off against him in the future!View attachment 28930528 View attachment 28930530 View attachment 28930531 View attachment 28930532 View attachment 28930533

Friend, I found the fix pages ago without using pledge… Many users are positioning the hands badly, and the grey piece must be pushed like this:
Prime337
You can also use pledge clear floor polish. Just a drop in the ball socket. Then rotate the hand in the joint for a minute or less. Let dry over night and you will have no problem. The fingers too if they are too loose.
Primal Consequence
Unfortunately i made the decision a few weeks back that i am going to let my pre-order lapse on this figure. Whilst i appreciate that there's been a few good community ideas to resolve some of the issues, i'd rather redirect the funds to something else. If they can do a later release having fixed the issues then i might get back on board.

Several are making them. Or at least they were the last time we had updates.
Transcraft is making one. Haven't heard from them in months on this specific figure, but they just released their BumbleBee and it's fantastic. Hopefully, their Prime is equally great.
Toy Lab is also making one, but haven't heard anything from them at all.
TMT is said to be making one, but haven't seen any concept art yet.
I'm happy with my Fire Scorpion for now, but if you didn't like Freedom Leader, you probably won't like Fire Scorpion either since they both have glaring issues.

Yo what’s happening everybody. Still relatively new to the TFW Board. I had such high hopes for this figure but the QC issues in this guy is so bad that i really don’t want to touch him. And I’m sad about that, cause I love posing them and taking pictures. I’m tempted to trade him for the MP-49 Nemesis Prime with a friend of mine. But on the other hand, idk if another company is making a MpM style BB Movie Optimus Prime. What you guys think?
DaveTheCave
I bought Autobot stickers for this guy back in like March and they never came. Don't even remember the website at this point and going through the effort of refund isn't worth the 3 euros I paid.

which shoulder joint are you talking about? the one connected to the arm itself is pretty good on mine, but if youre talking ab the hingethat connects it to the body, I had some trouble with that one too. You could probably use a little dab of superglue or whatever people use for that nowadays. I used kiki personally and it works pretty good, but its kinda expensive for what it is so id reccomend trying other methods with stuff u prolly already have before dishing out 10 dollars just for something specifically to tighten joints

Hmmmm….
I do transform him a few times, and try some good poses too… But as long as you carefully follow the step by step guide it will transform without "pain"….
kinda sad to hear that your friend already adopted him…
ManelFigures
You're lucky then. In my case I like to transform the figures and take tons of pictures, and this figure can't give me the sufficient confidence to do it.
