Transformers Kingdom Rattrap In-Hand Images

Via TonTon Review on Youtube we have our first in-hand images of the new Transformers Kingdom Rattrap.

Rattrap is back in a new small mold in the final part of the War For Cybertron trilogy. Rattrap features a robot mode close to his cartoon design with a new realistic beast mode, all packed in the Legends class size (which seems to be now called “Core Class” in Kingdom). Transformation looks simple and fun for a figure this size with a nice range of posability. Shoulder articulation is kind of different, but it works fine from what we can see. We can also share comparison shots next to the Generations Deluxe Rattrap and the new War For Cybertron Netflix Bumblebee.

Packrat is really it. His transmetal has a few japanese exclusive colors that's it though

I'm hoping for a Mercenary Packrat at some point.

I dunno, I think this Rattrap toy is fake. Kingdom is a false rumor that isn't happening. Almost got me!

I wouldn't mind a green repaint to homage Beast Machines Rattrap.

Or a reddish repaint as Cybertron Ransack whose original toy was repainted into Rattrap.

It could be a double homage to him and Fox Kids transmetal Rattrap.

Did rat trap ever sport another color scheme? I find the original colors so boring. I would buy the mold if there was a more dynamic repaint.

The rat mode looks kinda cute like that. But his robo-"mojo" is creeping me out.

If anyone is selling their generations Rattrap to upgrade to this plz pm me.

and since this is only 10 dollars maybe I can get a fambro price :)

Considering on how some complaint about small deluxe like CJ/BB, or small leader like ER OP and Siege Astrotrain…

Maybe Rattrap being a Core is a decision made when considering that complaint?

Since Rattrap can't even get an accessories to "justify" his enlargement to deluxe.

I imagine it'll be the same skeleton on a bigger frame like ER seekers are from the classics, moreso than a 1:1 upscale like those late wave Prime Cyberverse figures in deluxe/voyager scale

Or they'll do it like the MP and have them be pretty different despite looking similar in bot mode
