Really enjoyed the episode! Some absolutely hilarious parts
I'm a little surprised no one mentioned Action Toys Eagle Robo as a clean jet with a good bot mode.
badlander86
I enjoyed this episode. Maybe have a Paleontology-transforming themed episode.
That Guy
Very lovely listen. Don't know if any of the podcast has Snapdragon in hand yet but I think that's another great way to deal with a transforming aero-body in toy form. I know he's more of a spaceship thingy but his legs turning into the fuselage and cockpit help hide a lot of robot mass along with the engines becoming arms.
Cosmoglide
I've been obsessed with forward swept wings since I saw the GIJoe Conquest X30 which is based on the Grumman X29. I never had that toy, but I did have a Zee Toys die-cast replica of the X29. I have a couple of Grumman X29 wallpapers on my work computer. Anyway, all that is to say that all the Grumman talk on this episode made me very happy. I really need to get around to picking up Terradive.

It was a close shave!
I normally park on the left side of the drive too so it's a miracle my car (Stardrive. Always name my cars after Transformers ) got missed.
Vangelus
yall that looks like the tree shaved whatever hair may have been on that hatchback's back D:

Just finished listening to this one.
Super fun episode! Cool to hear discussion on the nuances of Transformers and how they would/could exist in the real world.
Definitely interested in more episodes like this!
Also, Aaron, I can totally relate to tree troubles.
This was back in June after a gust of wind came through.

My car is the silver hatchback at the foot of the driveway. The main branch missed it by a couple of inches.

As an amateur aviation nerd, I enjoyed this immensely. Also, whenever anyone brings up Slugslinger, my mind goes to his real world, piston powered counterpart, the F-82 Twin Mustang: https://nationalinterest.org/sites/default/files/main_images/F82_twin_mustang.jpg
Requiem Prime
I liked the episode. If you're going to do a video I wish you also did the what you gots.

I wasn't sure what to make of this at first, but honestly, I loved it! Super interesting!
ckhtiger
I'm super, super excited for this. I've been waiting for it ever since you guys mentioned you were having an aeronautics episode
David Hingtgen
No no, the Trislander is awesome. I love planes with engines in the tail.
Slayershoop
Plane go fast!

For an image-enhanced experience, check out the video version of the main discussion:
Graham Slayershoop went through and provided me a list of images and timecodes, which are integrated into the video version above. I'll paste them below as well!
