Third party company Dr. Wu , teamed with designer Mechanic Studio, have shared images of the colored test shot of their MC-01 Mozart (The Last Knight Mohawk).
This figure is planned to go with scale with the Studio Series figures, so we have a very small Mohawk mold with a pretty decent posability and compact alt mode. The images show a mainly gray plastic figure with paint apps in some key parts. Keep in mind that this is still a test shot and some changes may be done in the final product.
Pre-orders for this figure are available via some of our sponsors links below and it’s expected for release in October this year. Click on the bar to see the mirrored images and then sound off on the 2005 Boards!

OMG I need to fig out that Arcee and the bigger Transcraft Mohawk for a family pic!

Arcee and Mohawk's love child!

Love it! Now try this:

And you can plug one of his knife bundles into his left hand, sorta, since that hand has port that mates to the peg on the right hand for transformation.
And your last pic with him noodling on a piano is just adorable! Makes me feel bad for what happened to him in TLK.

This came in with my TFSource Stack, today, and I'm impressed.
I wasn't expecting him to be that small, though, and I'm surprised they were able to cram so much detail into such a small figure and accessories to boot. (I guess the knives are accessories? I don't know. They peg on. lol)
The instructions are terrible, though. Gray on black on white paper plus my old @$$ = "Now why is the VCR clock flashing 12:00?!"
I more or less had to figure him out on my own (especially the head/backpack thing) and I worry it's going to scratch his eye paint off, but it's a smooth and easy transformation otherwise.
I'm more impressed with him than I am Scalpel, I think a lot of that has to do with this being the first figure of Mohawk that I own and if I had another to compare him to, I'd probably feel differently. Right now, though? I kind of love him. I still think he's a tad overpriced at USD…

Have you seen transcraft’s one? I have it and it’s really good. MPM-scale, roughly.

I\'d like to see an actual master piece of this guy

Awesome figure tho!

First foray into 3rd Party. Mohawk is a design I really want a toy of but Studio Series shows no sign of doing. (and also I was getting "Microscope" and decided "why not Mozart too?")

Tiiiiiiny! Too tiny, maybe. Not even Arcee-height.
I'm still hopeful Studio Series will put out an even better Mohawk, but Mozart is a lot of fun. Glad I got him. I might try adding some paint, though, he's very plain.

Thanks for the recommendation. Received mine today from Uncle Billy (in just under 2 weeks!) and am quite impressed with it considering it's the same height as a current Hasbro micromaster figure. The articulation on this guy is top notch, minus when the shoulder wheels block range of motion, but the butterfly joints can get around that problem.
Got MC02 in the same shipment. Going to mess with that one next.

With their big brother.

Yes it is bud

Just received mine, MC01 and MC01B, prefer the MC01B, the darker color makes the figure look better in my opinion.
Wouldn't mind a darker one with green hair and green wheel spokes (is that correct english?).

Double-post with more pics. Sorry-not-sorry! He goes so well with TLK Megatron (which I'm reminded is an awesome figure).

Uncle Billy!
Transcraft already did MPM scale and that figure is very good. This would look like shit if it were bigger.
Megawillbot
Kinda hope they bump this up to MPM

Which seller? Cant resist cheap-ish legends.

I didn’t think I needed yet another Mohawk figure, but I’m really glad I caved and got this guy (plus their scalpel who I’ll open tomorrow) for a combined total of $40 shipped. It’s impossible to understand how small he is until you have him in your hands but the articulation is awesome! The detail looked bad from pics but at this size I’m actually impressed with what they did with this figure. I’m very pleased.

This guy is pretty cool, I’m glad I bought the black version ( in my opinion the dark steel grey would’ve made the green version look better than it does. He articulates very well and transformation is very easy, the wheels limit his arm movement a bit but this figure doesn’t parts form as opposed to the transcraft, and at this size it works well. My first 3rd party movie legends figure and I’m very excited to see more, and looking forward to a potential frenzy (no doubt he would have to be mpm scaled)
