ThreeZero have fully revealed their DLX War for Cybertron Trilogy Siege Megatron. Optimus dropped last month during their 20th Anniversary / SDCC event and now he has a rival to battle on your shelves. He’s roughly 10 inches tall, has 50 points of articulation, die cast metal frame, LED lights and a slew of accessories. No price yet, but Optimus retailed for $179 so he should be close to that. He’s due to ship in Q1 2021. Pre-Orders will go live on August 7th at the ThreeZero website along with retail partners like our sponsors below.

Hasbro x Threezero Presents
DLX Megatron Transformers: War For Cybertron Trilogy DLX Collectible Series
Hasbro and Threezero are pleased to introduce the feared Decepticon leader Megatron as the next TRANSFORMERS: WAR FOR CYBERTRON TRILOGY product in the Transformers DLX Collectible Figure Series!
Pre-orders roll out Aug 7, 2020 and will be available at www.threezerohk.com, threezero Tmall, and threezero distribution partners worldwide!
DLX Collectible Figures present intricate Transformers designs in a smaller scale with high-fidelity production value. With its unique die-cast metal frame design, DLX not only provides an advanced range of articulation, but also greatly enhances the weight and durability. Together with the detailed and weathered paint application of threezero, a remarkable resemblance is achieved in matching the characters as seen in the original media.
At 10 inches (25.4cm) tall, the Transformers: War For Cybertron Trilogy – DLX Megatron collectible figure features approximately 50 points of articulation, a die-cast metal frame, and LED illuminated eyes and body. Accessories include D50-R35 Fusion Cannon, HPR Telescopic Laserstrike Launcher, a total of five pairs of interchangeable hands, and a DLX Action Stand for various expressive poses. The two weapon accessories are able to combine, forming the impressive NFM Particle Beam Mega-Launcher. Like other DLX series figures, Megatron also features a die-cast metal frame for increased playability, with a finely-detailed paint application that showcases the war-torn weathered look as seen in the Transformers: War For Cybertron Trilogy.

Takara was the one that licensed from Sega and Sony, not the other way around. This Siege OP was licensed by ThreeZero from HasTak, hence the non-transforming clause.

Hmm.. I could've sworn I heard some others had a hand in designing them though. I could be wrong

Those are Takara releases.

Console figures?
Fallout
that's what i do but i do it with the bb movie stuff, i think that aesthetic lends itself better to hyper articulation than just a blown up version of a smaller, transforming toy as far as details go
Jmaster99
what about the Console figures. I thought those were made by Sentinel?
GeoSociety
I mean, I don't typically expect super detailed statue figures to Transform anyway for the robot accuracy factor over sporting a vehicle mode. But since this figure is based off of the Siege show that directly copied off toy models 1:1 you'd believe it would Transform.

The other thing that always gets mentioned is "folding" ravage, so I'll go ahead and throw that out for yalls
MegaDolrailer
Hasbro doesn't allow licensed TF toys to transform, this has to be mentioned in like every licensed TF action figure thread

Optimus released in HK (I think). Photos by Toyswalker.
Great articulation as usual by Threezero's DLX line. That ab crunch looks great.

I'm not so sure about that. There are plenty of well painted, fully transformable TFs out there (many posted at this site), and I think, even without the paint, that the OSKO version is good enough for a "great, poseable, oversized Seige Optimus Prime", without the need to spend 200+ dollars on.
Coupled with the improved kibble (which is now on the back, and folded away) and that it transforms, the Aoyi Mech version is by far the superior version, from a price and playability POV, IMO.
Retroheavy
I bet he is about the same size as Aoyi Mech version. I have that OS KO and was planning on custom painting him until 3Z announced this figure. Customizing this figure to look like anything close to what 3Z has done would take quite a bit of work and decent paint isn't cheap. Then forget about transforming him with a fully custom paint job. Better off just getting the 3Z version with die-cast, better articulation and LED lights IMO.

I wonder how it compares in height to this (bearing in mind the other figures in the picture are also OSKO)?

Liege Prime
I actually really like this design at its core. It's G1 Prime with a slightly cybertronian flare and has better general proportions than the Earthrise Prime. That being said, I'm not a fan of the show, so I'm content with the $30 transforming version. ThreeZero, your DLX line is great though and I hope you keep it up while keeping the price at around or below $200… unfortunately besides this figure I am already seeing the price creep.
