Thanks for this – went to the website and it says "dont order from outside Japan" and "we wont ship to outside Japan": disappointing! Anyone know of a way to get this in UK?

Here it is: page 104 pics from the Figure King No. 270 magazine.
I can bring this news, and clarify one point which I and several others weren’t sure about until seing this page and its link to the monoshop.co.jp website.
It is written that this Figure King release for Super Seven Megatron ‘Clear’ ver. is a re-release of last year’s 2019 Figure King No. 259 (which I showed previously on this thread), and also unlike what I myself thought, this version now – and last year’s from Figure King also – are both the exact same release as the 2019 SDCC version.
The ‘clear’ plastic is the exact same as the SDCC ver., and that goes for the paint apps and box too from all I gather.
I checked that link just now and this release is still available for sale at the moment (sales started 8/03, Japan only) and the limit per customer is 10.

This magazine!!! Now THAT is how you build hype! I don't even collect mainline but damn, those figures look amazing.

You lucky person getting a chance at this. I wonder whether, if sdcc version sold as a figure king exclusive in Japan, we might see this fk exclusive at sdcc 2021? Or as another con exclusive or something?

Thanks for the heads up 4249david,
I saw images of the SDCC version which was in clear purple plastic, if I’m correct. I’ll be on the lookout for more details & pictures for this new ‘clear’ version presented in this presently sold issue 270. I’ll be picking it up tmr I’m in Tokyo.

Triple post?

The period here says 2019, which lines up with the SDCC released version and No 259 11 months ago. Figure King is definitely up to 270, so it seems there's a new version of this figure now

This is the cover for Figure King No. 270
..I’m kind of confused as why the super seven clear version Megatron was presented in issue No. 259, yet it is also presently offered for sale through this newly released issue No. 270 (?)

The cover for this magazine:
…it seems that the actual number for this Figure King magazine issue is No. 259, and not No. 270 which this thread presents.

That's what I thought. And one per customer too… no bulk buys to export etc.

Yeah, too bad there's no scan of that page.
I imagine it'll only be available for order for people with a Japanese address though.

Thanks @lord ginrai ! Now to find out what p104 says and see if there's a way to import him!
lord ginrai
The accompanying text says it's a Figure King exclusive and to check page 104 for details on how to buy.

It looks like an update on that figure, actually. Perhaps it's the way it's photographed, but it looks slightly different to the sdcc version
