Thanks to @RwCJesse on Twitter we can report that the new Transformers Cyberverse Deluxe Arcee has been spotted at US retail.
Arcee is the only new release in the Cyberverse Wave 3 Maccadam Build-A-Figure (of 4). She was spotted at Target, Northern Virginia, in Fairfax County.
Additionally, we have some new in-hamd images of the toy. Arcee is kind of a shellformer toy featuring a pretty big backpack in robot mode, but showing a nice sculp and a decent posability. She comes with Maccadam’s battle hammer. To top it all, there are comparison shots next to Generations Arcee and Titans Return Arcee.
Click on the bar to see the mirrored images and try to check your local Target stores to try to find Cyberverse Arcee. Happy hunting!

Cyberverse Deluxe Arcee is actually a very nice figure despite the ridiculous backpack.
You can tell that a lot of the Deluxe line budget went towards her: well painted, more base plastic colors, 2 nice large blast effects, and 3 Maccadam parts.

Thanks for the response!

No kibble? Just go Titans Return.

When Victorion was introduced, people complained that they didn't look feminine enough. Now the complaint is that Transformers with feminine forms make bad figures because they can't turn in to their alts without backpacks.
Why do people think Hasbro/Takara pivoted away from Arcee as her G1 alt and started giving her a motorcycle alt? It was so they could give her a feminine design without having to have a big clunky backpack.
And that's not to say there isn't a problem with bots like Strongarm, Clobber, Strika, etc…it's good to mix up body types. But in all three cases those were characters who had the benefit of coming at a time when the alt/bot could be planned for the toys in advance. It's also why stuff like Animated Arcee works. She could get a bot/alt design that was done with an eye to potential toys.
Rather than Arcee, Chromia, etc who couldn't simultaneously have accurate G1 alts and bots without big clunky backpacks.

No irony lost on the fact it's a female character.

Happy to have that happen. And I very much want the Cliffjumper treatment for the rest of the minibots. People complaining about prices? Don't care. They'd complain regardless, in my experience.

cyberverse has the whole backpack long down the leg
arcee can compress all to the bạck , yes it's big but i don't find it too jarring in hand, if anything it take same space as chromia.
Not to say both of them look great , but I like them both for taking 2 different approach while maintaining great female body proportion and great poseability

So it seems like ER Arcee is the new punching bag of the forum
Tfcollector97
I mean you have to take the kibble off for it to look better.
Tfcollector97
Disagree partsforming is lazy and the kibble is similar to as is appears in the show
I have seen earthrise transformation all it does is move its leg while Cyberverse has the arms apart of the vehicle and flips the legs in the back
And I said parts falling off because the fin on earthrise can easily fall off and be lost
I agree on cartoon accuracy

There's a reason Animated Arcee is still considered one of the best Arcee toys ever made.

The Ignore option is heaven.

It's just tiring to hear everyone here complain about any new figure that comes out.

There's a good reason why I never liked G1 Arcee design. It just can't be made into a good mass-retail toy. Sticking with the T30 one only because it satisfies my bare minimum goal of having any transforming G1 Arcee representation…
Truth is, the T30, the Earthrise and this one are as good as one can expect for this character in a mass-retail line.
T-Hybrid
You would. But you are not the general toy buying audience.
Nope. HasTak opened Pandora's box by going to far towards "G1 accurate."
Like, I'm super excited if the BW rumors are true for WfC3…but I'm already mentally preparing myself for the tantrums when we get the reveals and someones knees have the wrong shape or their eyes are the wrong color.
Or, even worse, the tantrums if they do BW characters but there's a line-wide gimmick which means they're not "accurate." Like if these rumors Core and Fossilizers turn out to be a new play pattern.
Also, things are alike all over. Over on the Power Rangers fan forums the complaints about the new Lightning figures include that someone's helmet is a bit too round, or the gold lines highlighting the logo are a bit too thick.
Which is why I'm glad Hasbro just powers forward. You're never going to please those people, so get as close as you can and make sure the general audiences keep buying toys.

Jesus H christ. Can people not complain about every damn figure just because it isn't perfect
