Thanks to BB7 TOYS Newsstand we finally have some packaging images as well as a production sample of the new Bumblebee Movie Bumblebee model kit by Trumpeter.
We had seen our first look at the prototype of this product while back in April 2019. We finally have a look at the packaging of these fully licensed model kit. We also have images of a Bumblebee production sample showing the parts and the assembled Bumblebee figure. We can see that this is a very easy-to-build set with just a few snap-on pre-painted parts, so no need of glue or paint. Ideal for fans who are not familiarized with model kits.
According to our first report these figures will be around 15 cm and 10 cm tall once assembled. Trumpeter is known by their detailed military kits on the market and this is their first take on the Transformers franchise. They also revealed prototypes of other characters from the Bumblebee movie like Optimus Prime, Shatter, Blitzwing and Soundwave.
There still no concrete information on price or release date, but according to Weibo user 赛博坦联邦情報局 the kits should be out in the market by the end of July. Stay tuned with TFW2005 for more updates. The kits look really good. If they maintain the same quality as the Bee kit, they’re gonna be winners. I love Bee despite being a little oversized for legends stuff. It holds together superbly, no glue required at all

Well, I could 3d model and print the head replacement. Or just live with it.

Not just those. The forehead crest is inaccurate as well, and the ears aren't right either.
Also even if you scratch-build those parts it wouldn't exactly look movie accurate. There's too much detail. It'd look like obvious scratch-built additions to an otherwise properly sculpted and painted head.
Damn dude, Godspeed and I hope you find someone who can do it.

I'm okay I guess. Thanks for asking. I have complete nerve damage of my right hand and right wrist (just dead weight ATM) and the pinky finger of my left hand. I'm hoping to find someone to do the right surgery to get my hand back.

XD yeah I would have bought that over CE or Zeta as I don't care much for the beetle mode, I'm thinking all the excessive bee movie Autobots kinda slowed things down since no one wanted those but I'm sure with the new TLK kit maybe they'll start pumping out all their in progress figures, starting with the smaller ones and work their way up to big boy bee
