yoooooo, were finally getting robo jesus
Nevermore
I started a thread about it back in February.
There's jumping the gun, and then there's Collection Toys
The moment you see so much as a rumor about a possible new toy, Collecticon Toy will immediately list it for preorder, which is then taken as confirmation by fans who don't know any better.
This reminds me of back when I first signed up at TFW2005. In January of 2004, there was a story about Hasbro's then-current Alternators line in a trade publication named Brandweek, which revealed that Hasbro was supposedly in negotiations with Dodge about a Dodge Ram pickup truck and a Dodge Neon SRT-4 to be included in the line. The story was reported to TFW2005 at the beginning of February, a few weeks after it had been published, and soon afterwards, a long since defunct online retailer named "Collectable Kingdom" put both up for preorder.
Those preorder listings were then discovered by the fandom in May 2004, by which point they had already been up for three months. Since everyone had already forgotten about the Brandweek story by that point, these preorders were immediately taken as confirmation. I then signed up to TFW2005 just to clear this up, but was widely ignored.
The Dodge Ram was eventually finally officially announced by Hasbro as Optimus Prime in September of 2005, one and a half years later (!), and released at retail in March/April of 2006. The Dodge Neon, meanwhile, supposedly never went beyond the "negotiation" phase.
So I guess it can be said that in this regard, Collecticon Toys is the spiritual successor of Collectable Kingdom.

IDK, they put Ravage with Grindor because Blackout already came with a mini-con amd showed up in the same movie. My last hope would be a SS Ice Megatron with the correct chest and Frenzy but no weapon. I mean, they already released 2 Megatron repaints (ROTF battle damaged and the Universal one that ironically comes with less but be priced more)
Lazerwave
Listing is actually from a not so reliable source.
Kaynowa
So if Ravage comes with Grindor, who we betting on Frenzy being with? I'm hoping for a DOTM Barricade release
ObakaChanTachi
Goddamn it…
@Lazerwave our time has almost come!!!
lonewolf96
Doubtful I'm pretty sure that's his Rotf render his SS render will likely be more actuate
Fc203
No this all speculation, theyre trying to capitalized on the leaks
Lazerwave
But do you think that is the box art for Jolt?
Notomus
Lazerwave
Where I'm from, it always rains.
lonewolf96
Not really ….. Unfortunately your more than likely better off betting on it raining tomorrow than Collecticon being actually right about anything those Listings for Payload and Demolisher prove as much.
Hopefully Sdcc at home will have the answers we seek
ziltama
It's the only place that lists fan speculation items up for "pre-order".
Kaynowa
Here's hoping we get official word on these guys at SDCC@home. Not even 3 weeks left.
TFXProtector
Not quite that big. Bottom line, he's a scalper and rides the line between store and scalper with a storefront.
Lazerwave
OMG.
It's getting Closer and Closer to the truth.
Kaynowa
Oh like TFSource and Rob?
TFXProtector
It's a store, run by a dude, last I checked.
Kaynowa
Oh it's just one dude, not a whole store?
TFXProtector
Yes, those prices are completely normal for his scalper @$$. It's sad, but he pulls in customers, somehow.
Another reason not to shop with him. Thanks!
