Please review your pre-order shipping settings
You are receiving this email because you currently have open pre-orders. With many businesses temporarily closed, some countries no longer accepting mail, and general disruptions in delivery, we are asking all customers to review their pre-order shipping settings to ensure you can receive any shipments sent.

Please log into your BBTS account, click on pre-orders, and review the shipping address for each pre-order. If you are unable to accept delivery at the address listed, please update the address for each applicable order or use the button at the top of the page to change the shipping address for all pre-orders.

A second option is to send one or more items to the Pile of Loot. This will allow you to ship your pre-orders at a time when you can accept delivery. For more information please see our Pile of Loot FAQ.
