Just a few hours after their reveal at TFCon Orlando 2020 3P panel, we can share for you our first images of the Transform Element Beast Wars Scorponok gray prototype.
The images surfaced via Weibo user 钢铁星. This Scorponok figure goes in scale with Transform Element Legends scaled Blackarachnia and we are sure your optics will be pleased with the details and cartoon-accurate design. We are glad the growing Legends scale market is also paying attention to all Beast Wars fans.
We still have no concrete information on price or release date but stay tuned with TFW2005 for more updates. Now you can check out the images attached to this news post and then share your impressions on the 2005 Boards!

In my mind, it does no real good to pine away for what we don't have and probably won't have for many years, if ever. Instead just make the best of what's available right now. And what we have right now…ain't half bad.
TM2 Dinobot
Maybe get a Legends collection instead?

Hasbro has too much output at the CHUG scale for it to be as enticing to 3rd parties. But I agree that it would be awesome to see more 3P BW figures at that scale. What Transart did with their recent Optimal Optimus was neat and I'd love to see more of that.
But I also want more BW legends. Just give me it all.

Been collecting Legends since they were the original Legends ($5 Prime, Hound, Warpath, Tank and Gun Megs, etc). Absolutely dove head first into the original Cyberverse with OG Commander class and Legion class. And 3P has been a lot of fun, especially with what they can do. Sadly, I've watched as they have become exceedingly overpriced, and admittedly that has absolutely zapped the fun out of it for me.
I get that Classics stuff might not fit for some people. Classics has always been my jam, even though the current size structures aren't really my fave (prefer a touch larger). But there've still been plenty of figures from hasbro I pick up (though more than plenty I skip). Having some non-Hastak options would be wonderful, but no one wants to venture into that with a market that may not buy. So, I'm stuck in that world.

Maybe you’d enjoy collecting legends. Classic sized is just in a space that doesn’t work for me most of the time. Too small for MP and too big for legends. I love legends scale they are small enough city bots can work in scale and you can get some great fight displays going without it taking up too much room. I love legends scaled beast wars as they work great scale wise with MP G1 figures.
Pun-3X
Don't know if they will, though it'd be under DS (if not another made up name) if they ever do.
But I'm also in the camp of "OSKO-to-classics-sized." I really wish more companies would do that. There are some MFT figures I would love in deluxe or voyager sizes more than their actual figures (Tracks and Blitzwing immediately come to mind).
With some minor engineering/detail tweaking of course.

I’d just like TE to do more beast wars legends

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that some company will upscale this Scorponok and TE Rattrap to proper chug scale to replace their Kingdom versions. Those figures suck. Especially the Scorponok which just looks like Danny Devito (no offense) dressed up for Halloween.

Ugh… 4.3 inches (source: TFSource). Need a 4P oversized at least 6-in for my MP shelf.

No Blackarachnia released Nov 4th 2019 and Rattrap was May 3rd 2020 at least from the online store I got them from.
Jedah Dohma
Didn't Blackarachnia and Rattrap come out in the same year? Or am I misremembering that?
Galdelico
Haha, indeed!

I laughed so hard from your comment. Yeah I know for me it's 2051 Deathcharge and 2052 Rampage releases I'm looking forward to. Lol
Fallout
a fantastic way to keep interest in the line going. i for one can't wait for TE tigatron in 2039.
User_121147
New stuff TE… yeah but it's all for their g1 line, the beast wars line (TE-MM00 line) is 1 figure per year. So 2022 figure has not been announced yet.
2019 TE-MM001 Blackarachnia
2020 TE-MM002 Rattrap
2021 TE-MM003 Scorponok
TRANZ4MR
Have we heard anything NEW from TE? I haven't seen anything since Scorpy was released.

Man, I'd kill for somebody to re-do that original 2pack of Legends bat-Optimus and Croc-Megatron. Spruce them up so they're fully-playable in both modes (articulated wings, working croc-mouth, full-artic animal limbs in general) and I'd throw $50 at a box set.

I know… I want a legendary transmetal tarantulas and depthcharge so bad.
But I think they are working only on s1 at this time and it's only 1 figure a year. Kinda think Cheetor a good start because they can repaint him into tigertron and Ravage with just a different head sculpts.
Tekkaman Blade
I keep hoping for more. I’d love transmetals at this scale.
