Very much in a similar situation myself. Have a pretty extensive career in design and have worked with some big name brands – buuuuut I'm married and just had my 2nd kid so I'm pretty firmly entrenched where I'm at right now and trying to uproot and move to Rhode Island would be a tough sell to my wife. While it's 100% a dream job and definitely feel the pull to update my portfolio/resume I think I gotta pass. At least I have a pretty great design job as is right now.
Sixwing
I would apply, but I have zero experience in graphic design.

I really wish to get this job. It would be dream come true. ♡ I have studied for this kind of work.
But I have feeling it's impossible, because I live in Finland and I'm not sure if I could move to US. Why all the best things happen elsewhere
GAUGE
what a surprise, nothing but childish posts in a thread meant for professionals.

Kremzeem, is your calling anything like the callings in Manifest?
Capirus
Even for Clue and My Little Pony? Man, Hasbro's requirements sure are steep mountains to climb.
Chopperface
They scrubbed out the part saying “we want 99% of your work to be slavish G1 worship and maybe one or two homages to anything released after 1986”

I’m always so tempted to apply for these things when they pop up (I’m an experienced designer and I’ve even worked on licensed brands like Disney and marvel and nickelodeon) but I don’t think there’s any way I could move to Rhode Island especially now that I’m engaged. Good luck to those who do apply though!

I remember reading about that last year on movie site news

Yeah, last I heard Ryan Reynolds was working on a rated R Clue movie where they go globe trotting. Nothing about it sounded like Clue to me.
All I can picture is all the characters having cars that color coordinate with their names.
…. ughhhhhhh…

Isn’t that waste dump gonna die soon, or did someone bought it and now it’s alive again?
Capirus
I think it might mean the board game not the movie, but anything is possible at this point.
I messaged a few graphic design friends about this job posting but I highly doubt they'd want to move to Rhode Island.
