Courtesy of Loopaza Mega Store we have our usual doses of Figure King Magazine Scans. Issue #264 features some new images of War For Cybertron: Earthrise, Studio Series, and Threezero DLX Soundwave
This month we have only 2 pages of Transformers content:
- War For Cybertron: Earthrise – A nice set of images of the upcoming Earthrise figures for the Japanese market. Wave 3 will be released by March 2020: and consist of only ER-05 Voyager StarscreamIronworks parts), and Micromasters Trip-Up & Daddy-O (Takara Tomy Mall exclusives). We also have images of ER EX-04 Bombshock & Growl and ER EX-05 Cliffjumper that will be released as Takara Tomy Mall exclusives.
- Transformers Studio Series Releases For February 2020 – Wave 11 is scheduled for January 2020 (remember that Takara Tomy use different numbers compared to the US releases) with SS-44 WWII Hot Rod and SS-45 DOTM Shockwave that are expected for February 2020. Additionally we have images of SS-46 Megatron (Transformers 2007) and SS-47 Scavenger (ROTF) which should be Wave 12.
- Threezero DLX Soundwave Action Figure – Some promotional images of the amazing Bumblebee movie Soundwave action figure by Threezero. Ravage is also included. While Ravage can not really transform, you can fold him to place it inside Soundwave’s chest.
Update: Via Hobby Dengeki, we can confirm that SS-46 Megatron (Transformers 2007) and SS-47 Scavenger (ROTF) are Takara Tomy Studio Series Wave 12 and scheduled for release in March, 2020. We also have extra stock images here.

Oh, hello IDW ROLLER and GAIIIIIIIIGAAAAARR!!!
Fort Max
It's next Sunday so still a bit early really. A whole week of work to slog through first.

If we're seeing new toys at Winter WonderFest, an update on Super Megatron would be nice. We all know it'll be a heavy retool of Titans Return!Galvatron, but I wonder if they're modifying it to the point where the headmaster thing is off the table.
Speaking of Winter WonderFest, should we have a thread ready for it sometime soon?
PoweredConvoy
Different agreement would have to be made. Diaclone are a lot more elaborate then Transformers at a similar size. Hence the expensive prices.
Jtprime17
Which means if previous years are to go by. Hasbro will more than likely put out its Preview article next week for NYTF revealing a couple things right before Takara does at Wonderfest.

Their train got delayed when one of MPM Ratchet's wrenches accidently jammed one of the cogs.
BIOMEC
Where are my MPM Starscream, MP Raiden and MP Starscream v3?
SunSwipe5
Dear Takara,
Can you PLEASE round out the G1 Cartoon Ark Crew, instead of repaints and new versions of characters we already have (with the exception of Sideswipe. He needs a version 2.0, badly).
Can new G1 MP reveals be:
Jazz
CJ
Mirage
TB
Windcharger
Brawn
Gears
Huffer
That's only 8 more left to do. You're almost there Takara, don't slow down now. Pretty please announce some of the above Bots at WonFest next week.

Meanwhile in Fans Hobby.
There has been a trend emerging, I wonder if we'll see RID Prime any time soon?
Shin Densetsu
If it ever happens I think it'll be for the 20th anniversary. We are less than 2 years away.
In the meantime, maybe we'll see an update on the LG-EX Armada Prime.
TargetmasterJoe
A Masterpiece Armada Optimus?
Oh no. No no no no no no no. I'm sorry, but please don't be true. That's going to inevitably be too rich for my blood…
samisham
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure only Takara insiders know the makeup of the MP team/s, however, given that even the BW ones go full animation model, I think it's safe to say there is one person overseeing it, be they designer or executive. But MP's also get preferential treatment, they get articles interviewing the designers, they get photos put out of early versions, concept art in magazines. Regular TF's don't get that, so maybe it does make sense how little we're seeing.
DarkRed401
whether or not they move to armada mps in my opinion depends on whether or not they have different teams for different tf shows or if they spread the same team across different series, im not sure which they do. i'm hopeful it hasn't been canned but it's very unusual for a prototype to not have any updates for this long, even mps usually have more frequent updates
samisham
I don't know about that, given how far the gap was between Armada Prime and Primal and Lio in the fan poll and they still happened. Plus given that level of hyp they'd be crazy to can him over Bee Jr. Unless there's some other reason it got the axe like they just couldn't make the super legs work.
lord ginrai
Yep, good catch! It does indeed mention they'll show off new Earthrise, Masterpiece and other figures.
No surprise but good to have confirmation.
Afterburner
I wonder if Hasbro could option any of those Diaclone figures for TransFormers if they wanted. I mean, it's happened before, right? That line has really taken off into something beyond amazing.
BombSquad
There's some text about Wonderfest on February 9th on the second page. It mentions Earthrise and Masterpiece products will be on display, but I can't tell if it says anything new will be revealed.
EDIT: I do think it mentions new products!
DarkRed401
It's possible, takara adding yet another series to make mps for seems unlikely but then again they had a lot of effort into that prototype and most mps could only dream for the level of hype/demand for their Armada prime. If they don't show either then it's safe to say they canned it
TargetmasterJoe
That? No clue.
SouthtownKid
The TF stuff all looks fantastic, but I have to say those Daiclone pages look like the greatest toys known to man.
