Courtesy of our very own Nevermore we can share for you new stock images of the Transformers Cyberverse Tiny Turbo Changers Series 3.
This new Tiny Turbo changers wave surprised us with unexpected listings with no images while back in September 2019, and then we had in-hand images of Chromia that was spotted in Taiwan by the end of 2019. Now we finally have stock images of the display box, blind bag and all the figures in alt mode via Deepdiscount and Blowitoutahere. The characters list and descriptions are as follows:
- Bumblebee (Series 1/2 re-release)
- Dead End (New mold)
- Stealth Force Hot Rod (Series 1 Hot Rod/Series 2 Sideswipe redeco)
- Chromia (New mold)
- Arcee (New mold)
- Optimus Prime (Series 1/2 re-release)
- Megatron X (Series 1/2 Megatron black redeco)
- Autobot Whirl (Newmold)
- Autobot Ratchet (New mold)
- Grimlock (Series 1/2 re-release)
- Skrapnel (New mold)
- Jetfire (Series 1 re-release, redecoed into Silverbolt for Series 2)
We are glad to see there are several new molds on this wave. We hope this wave would be available at US retail any time soon. Click on the bar to see the mirrored images on this news post and then sound off your impressions on the 2005 Boards!

Has anybody been able to find Arcee and Chromia? I keep checking Ebay and nothing has come up for months

I’ve not seen Series 5, at all, ever. There are a whole bunch I want from that series, but it seems because of too many still left from the previous series’, the few shops that carry these did not order Series 5.
Local buy/sell sites don’t have them, so perhaps island-wide these were never available. Taiwan is a great place for collecting TFs (especially back when the Japan versions were different), but sometimes certain figures/waves get skipped altogether!

Does anyone know if they\'ll continue the movie series with series 6?
I think they should develop this line more, next thing would be playsets that\'d be great

OMG Skrapnel wins so hard.

Honestly this things are growing on me, I grabbed a couple of the Cyberverse ones because i preferred the more G1 design as opposed to something like the movie TTC's, and all in they're pretty decent little figures for $4cad! I appreciate that they're not hollow in spots that easily could have been, like the backs of arms and legs. Its simple but appreciated.
I think the real reason they fascinate me is because the designers need to figure out how to do a full transformation on a figure that is assembled out of maybe 5 components total, and they do a real good job for the most part! Primes' transformation is simple but effective with how they move mass from the top of the cab into the arms, and Grimlock even gets ball jointed hips and shoulders!
I never thought id get excited for something like wave 3 of Cyberverse TTC's, but Arcee, Skrapnel, and Whirl are 100% pickups i look forward to c:

I really hope Target starts stocking these toys because I really want that Deadend. That\'s such a cool design.

Check your local grocery store. Here in Vegas, Smith’s has carried the last couple of series. When I lived in Seattle, they were regularly at Fred Meyer’s and occasionally at Safeway and QFC grocery stores.
I’ve also seen them at Best Buy, but usually they are an older series.

I stand corrected!

Same here. I still haven’t seen any of the Cyberverse Tiny Turbos at the Targets in my area, unless there’s some endcap I keep missing.
So Megatron X is an homage to one of his Microchange toys. Interesting.

Nevermore
Tiny Turbo Changers started with The Last Knight in 2017. Two waves (or "series"), then three more under the "Movie Edition" branding in 2018 and 2019, followed by Cyberverse (relaunched with a new "Series 1") that same year.
They're a successor of sorts to the "Tiny Titans" that came out under the 2015-onwards Robots in Disguise line (six "series" total), which were non-transforming and also featured G1 characters despite the "Robots in Disguise" branding on the packaging.
Not quite correct. Though similar figures were also released by Kabaya during the Japanese G1 run, the figures that would later be released as "Decoys" by Hasbro were originally released by Takara directly, either included with a board game named "Defeat Dinosaurer Strategy Game", as three box sets titled "Cybertron Hero Collection", individually through "gashapon" capsule machines, through Takara subsidiary Seven in a variety of multi-packs, as sets titled "Mini Mini Collection", and possibly in a bunch of other ways, but Kabaya gum is not confirmed.

I just mean the Cyberverse Tiny Turbos in general. Never seen any Tiny Turbos since the movie ones.
Beastbot X
This wave specifically is not out yet. However, TTTs in general I've seen at basically every retailer except Walmart (including Kroger).

Anybody know where to get these in the US? Never seen them at retail, despite having no shortage of large retailers around. Would love to grab Whirl.
JomasterII
Fingers crossed we get the rest of the Insecticons – these seem like perfect army building material!
BB Shockwave
Seems Shrapnel transforms a lot like Blackarachnia.
Arcee is getting a deluxe anyway, so I will wait for that, but might buy Whirl and Chromia. They are cute.
ProtectronPrime
They didn't. The tool and die tech didn't exist back then. What we had were "Decoys", aka Kabaya gum toys if you happened to be in Japan.
No transformation gimmick, unless you consider "broken pile of rubbery stuff" an altmode.
