Thanks to 2005 Boards member primeisboss for sharing in our boards his sighting of the new Transformers Cyberverse: Battle For Cybertron Ultra Class Clobber found at US retail.
Clobber is part of the latest Cyberverse Ultra Class wave which features a new Spark Armor gimmick. It was spotted at Meijer in New Albany, Indiana. Clobber’s wave partners Hot Rod and Bumblebee should be available too.
Happy hunting!

Having gotten these via Amazon, I am surprised how much smaller these are than previous Cyberverse Ultras. They're like a head shorter and definitely lighter (and no, they don't have added complexity).
That's certainly your choice, but if that becomes widespread I wouldn't expect Transformers to last much longer.

That's it. I'm never paying full retail for anything ever again.

On the same day that IgnikaMarcus finds Clobber and Bumblebee arriving… at Marshall's (post #6844)

Lulz. I certainly never insinuated any such thing. Thank you for quoting this for no reason a week later though.

Well, it does mean dumb in the usual Transfomer-y way. (Lughead=Lugnut) But I was talking about Hasbro's reasoning behind it in this super-PC-world, not mine. I honestly don't care.
Novaburnhilde
I honestly just think the people working on the show just do whatever they want, regardless if it makes sense or not. Why "Nova Storm" instead of the vastly more popular and recognizable Skywarp? Why "Clobber" instead of Lugnut? WhY nOt??/
For some reason I don't think they think too much about the choices they make, though I wouldn't be surprised if it was done due to some idiotic idea regarding 'equality'.
Also did someone up there seriously imply "lugnut" was a 'derogatory' name?
I was unaware you were in charge of deciding what can and can't be posted. For some reason I don't see anything on your profile, any badge or indication of your superior rank.

By just looking at the packaging art, one could almost believe this was a continuation of Transformers Animated.

= you posting INCESSANTLY about it.

My impression was that they initially were going to do that but didn't want to call a female character a derogatory name. Secondhand source, so take with a grain of salt of course, but I can easily see that being the reasoning.

Someone has the name right now. Female however, is unknown.

Definetely was Hasbro's thinking.
I would want it only if it was actually Lugnut,
Thundershot
So why didn’t they just use Lugnut? Same body. Was it because they wanted another female character? It’s just baffling that they went so far out of the way to make a Lugnut design yet didn’t just make it Lugnut.
Nevermore
It's not.

If it's a Meijer Exclusive…
I will be very…
disappointed.

The armor is spring loaded and pinned in their backs
However i do worry about the weapons

Hey, we all like transforming toy robots. Just let people buy and collect what they want bub.
Aimless Misfire
Stupid things = actually buying Cyberverse.
