Thanks again to the detective work of 2005 Boards member Jtprime17, we can share for you a new Transformers: Cyberverse listing found via Walmart.com. This time it’s a very unexpected character, a new Ultra Class Skull Cruncher.
Similar to the recently revealed Studio Series ROTF Soundwave listing, this new Cyberverse Ultra Class Skull Cruncher pops up only via Walmart’s mobile app and not the desktop site or brickseek at the moment, but no images is available yet. For those interested in tracking this item, the UPC code is 630509902606. Skull Cruncher (yeah, the name is now two separate words) is sure a nice surprise since we are yet to see him in the cartoon. He will surely look great with the new Cyberverse design.
Update: A new listing for Cyberverse Ultra Class Thunderhowl has also been found by our very own Jtprime17. He is likely to be Skull Cruncher’s wave partner.

It's weird, these ultras cost 20$, same as WFC Deluxes, no? Yet in the EU they are far more expensive than those. I have seen them go for around 36$ converted.
Is that the real TR Skullcruncher next to him or the oversized KO? I haave Clobber and Rack'N'Ruin and they are somewhat bigger than WFC deluxes.
Btw, curious that this means Hasbro got the rights to the name back? The TR toy had to be called Skull Smasher but this one is Skull Cruncher.

The Cyberverse Ultra class is just a name reuse, it doesn't have anything in common with the old Ultra class toys from past lines.

Unless you really like the Cyberverse aesthetic, it's probably not worth getting if you already have TR Skullcruncher. The robot mode is actually pretty solid, but the lack of jaw articulation in beast mode (due to the gimmick) really hurts the toy.

Weird. I am watching TFW2005 daily yet I did not see this frontpaged so far… Started a new topic but was directed here. Guess maybe it was pushed off the front page too fast by other news.
Great toy, definitely getting it. Wonder how much bigger it will be than the TR toy. The sword is a nice bonus having a pop-out blade, and the energon helmet is cool.

Im disappointed it borrows heavily from TR. I kind of wish these Cyberverse toys took more risks.
The TR toy had a lot of room for improvement, imo. I wanted a more G1 croc head, not the tiny skull we got in TR.
