Courtesy of Loopaza Mega Store we have our usual doses of Figure King Magazine Scans. Issue #262 features some new images of War For Cybertron: Earthrise, Studio Series, Cyberverse, G-Shock Master Nemesis Prime & Raiden Project
This month we have only 4 pages of Transformers content:
- War For Cybertron Earthrise Line Up – A nice group shot of the upcoming Earthrise figures for the Japanese market for 2020: Optimus Prime, Hoist, Cliffjumper, Ironworks, Wheeljack, Soundbarrier, and Bombshock & Decepticon Growl (Military Patrol). There are some extra stock images of Grapple, Hoist and Optimus Prime. Onece again, Optimus Prime features gray hands and yellow eyes, different from what we have seen in the last in-hand images of the toy we have reported.
- Transformers Cyberverse – More Spark Armor toys are hitting Japanese shelves with Turbo change (1-step) Hot Rod, Sky Byte and Jazz.
- Transformers Studio Series Wave 10 – Scheduled for January 2020 (remember that Takara Tomy use differente numbers compared to the US releases): SS-40 Camaro Bumblebee, SS-41 Chromia, Arcee, Elita-1, SS-42 Soundwave and Laserbeak and SS-43 Constructicon Mixmaster.
- Transformers x G-Shock Master Nemesis Optimus Prime – Some promotional images of this amazing collaboration between Casio and Takara.
- Transformers Kentei Exclusive Commemorative Optimus Prime Figure – A reminder that all participants in the Transformers Proficiency test will receive an Exclusive Optimus Prime figure. This toy is a slight redeco of the Energon Igniters Speed Series Optimus Prime toy.
- Transformers Raiden Project – Another reminder of the upcoming exhibition: “A Railway Story In The Sky” which involves the cooperation of JR 7 companies, Tokyo Metro, Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Transportation and other companies showing off all the rich railroad Japanese story over the years. Takara Tomy will announce a new project involving the Japanese G1 combiner Raiden at the exhibition. Not much information added.
Click on the bar to see all the mirrored images on this news post and then share your impressions on the 2005 Boards!

Yeah, he definitely has more mass, but a lot of it does seem to be packed into his comparatively more voluminous backpack. I think there's still a chance he'll turn out barely taller than Titans Return Bumblebee, if at all, and we won't have to go through all the Minibots yet again.
C16
None of that matters because he clearly has much more mass all around, regardless of his placement in the package, the way he feet are placed, ect. You can't blame angles on that.
roboyzdroidz
Dang, those blue elbows lol
KRPH
A backpack and his gun?
ToaDraco
Since Cliffjumper gets his glass gass cannon and skis I'm curious what they'll package with Bee to help justify the deluxe price point.
Cliffjumper
Cliffjumper's size looks amazing!
YoungPrime
That makes sense. All the recent cartoons and films have had Bumblebee stealing most of CJ's mojo anyway.

Fans: Hey guys, what happened to Armada Pri-
Takara:
Skottech
I'm kinda thinking of getting ER Cliffjumper to be er Prime's "little buddy" in my collection.
I also still want to get Ironworks.
Shin Densetsu
My guess is it'll be shown at Winter Wonderfest since I think it's being worked on at a slower pace since it's LG-EX instead of a mainline item. Priority right now seems to be Earthrise with LG-EX stuff announced on the side.

Oh I'm aware, but one can still dream, this is still by far the most confusing reveal ever with three variations, in hand pics different from in box pics, Hasbro different from Tamara pics very odd.

We now know pretty much for a fact that unpainted gray hands, and even moreso the blue joints, isn't final. We've seen multiple in-hand final samples from multiple separate people that show those unpaintable plastic joint pieces to be dark gray, and the hands and codpiece painted blue. What Takara's showing off here is the same seemingly pretty early prototype (complete with trailer hitch all on one leg rather than split between the two) that they used in their stock images that we now know to be inaccurate.
You're not at all taking into account the fact that Cliffjumper's long feet are making him look taller than he actually is, and the perspective on Cliffjumper is from above while the perspective on Bee is from slightly below eye-level, further confusing matters.
YoungPrime
Wait, who said YoungPrime would be in anyone's way?
KRPH
If I have interests in Cliffjumper, I can get one.

Is it okay to predict that the engineering will be shared aka recycled?
Honestly it doesn't really matter since I literally just bought another TR Bee off eBay whose head I plan on swapping with Roadburn's after I paint Bee's head Red to make him my long overdue CJ.
Thus I'll be skipping both ER versions and sticking with Legends class Minibots indefinitely.
For 60 bucks, he shouldn't have shared/borrowed/rented/ubered/recycled/reincarnated engineering either.
His Voyager class mold should've been brand spankin new IMO!
KRPH
Same goes for Snaptrap.
KRPH
I'm going for a steam locomotive or submarine Megatron, otherwise reissue the Siege Megatron for it.
They're keeping it classified, tiga?
I'm not.
That will work. Just not to completely replicate the bug a lot.
Mold? If that happens Cliff and Bee would look like identical twins. Unless we get Bumper too.
~Any old iron, any old iron, any any any old IRO-O-O-ON…~
I can secure him just fine for my Modulator squad in progress.
Then retool it is.
But what if Earthrise Battletrap happens? He might share engineering with Siege Skytread and backwards compatibility with his Power of the Primes self. Just saying.
If that's the case, I'll wait for the other Mods as well.
Just wait until we see more in wave 2.
Me too.
I was been thinking about it too. Titan Raiden, no compatibility to Generations Combiner System (I coined that term because it covers Combiner Wars and beyond but within the Generations line)
Language. Just kidding. I also think they hid it back just to do more adjustments before they can show again.
I wonder what are the upcoming conventions for until February…
Fenrys
theres nothing "recycled" about the mold. hun-grr is an entirely new mold that shares a basic engineering skeleton with silverbolt. they dont share any parts (and if they do it is only minor internal parts). bumblebee is likely to be the same scenario
JukeOutlander
Optimus' joints and biceps are now blue. He's blue in all the wrong places.
C16
That's not what the in package comparisons show.
He looks like he'll be about as big as the old Generations Windcharger Scout.
