TFW2005 member stprime has been informed by site sponsor BigBadToyStore, that they will no longer be offering the Generations Selects Seacons. All listings have been removed from the site.
According to the information provided, Hasbro has opted to make the figures Pulse exclusives for an as yet indeterminate period of time.
At the time of this news post we are not aware of the same activity taking place with other retailers, and listings for the Seacons remain active with a number of them, but whether this will continue to be the case remains to be seen.

There's supposedly a second release window in the future where they'll be re-releasing the entire set in one go. That's probably your best bet for hunting the set down now. These sets were limited order, so sources are drying up.

Or you could wait if someone like BBTS or TFSource sell them. But because they’re getting THEIR stock from TTMall themselves, the price you end up paying is a smidge pricier due to import costs…I think.

You have to have a Japanese address to order it, then have it shipped to you through a proxy service.

Is the TTMall set available to the general public? I completely slept on this like missed every opportunity I know how dumb that sounds. I’d still like to get it at some point.

TTMall seems to be offering one preorder for all six. Still individual releases, you just get them all in one go (they did this for Abominus too during POTP)
As far as the exclusivity, seems Hasbro's allotment of the Seacons is exclusive to Pulse. Any retailers with preorders are likely getting Hasbro Asia stock, which was usually the case with stuff like LG-EX exclusives in the past few years.
