Allspark Studios‘ official show release list for 2020, reveals the third season a.k.a Chapter 3 of Transformers: Cyberverse.
The newly updated episode count is listed as 62 X 11.
On the 2018 list, it was just 18 for Season 1 and a total of 36 by Season 2 (on the 2019 list). Since season 1 and 2 were 18 episodes each, and if Season 3 is also 18 episodes, that leaves an addition of 8 episodes which may undoubtedly be a TV Event clocking in at 88 minutes.
This particular pattern is identical to how we learned of the RID 2015’s episode count and the TV event.
We currently do not know if the show will move past Season 3 and the only way to know is to wait for the 2021 list.
Update: As revealed at the end of last year, Rescue Bots Academy receives 52 more episodes on Season 2 for a total of 104.
For those who are interested, the new list showcases the upcoming Micronauts animated series with a brand new image from the show.
Micronauts presented by ALLSPARK
Kids animation, 26×22 minutes. A team of alien space explorers come to earth in pursuit of Baron Karza, but in our world they are the size of action figures.
Allspark Studios will pitch the new list to broadcasters worldwide, at the MIPJunior Convention on October 12th, 2019.

So you can sell “classic Acroyear” in Wave 2 and/or SDCC 2020.
Lionheart
That's the only reason I'm complaining. I love Micronauts to death but these designs are just…They're just not good. They made Acroyear a human-alien, and not only that but they changed his black, red, and white color scheme to blue and more blue. Why? I would argue the only "iconic" designs from Micronauts are Baron Karza and Acroyear so why would you change one of those two.
Megastar
Yeah, I just wish the designs were better.
IgnikaMarcus
Speak for yourself.
I'm glad the Micronauts show is still happening.
Lionheart
This was a mistake.
ScientistMan
Because he's a human alien. He looks like Shiro without his helmet:

NO! ….32:34
Murasame
How long is the movie? 30 minutes?
Lionheart
Glad to see Cyberverse is in a good position. As for Micronauts…
Please…
Please tell me they did not make Acroyear a human…Why is his neck the color of human flesh?

timeslots are a relic of a past age and no longer matter when it comes to media consumption. the fact that it can be watched both on hasbros youtube channel and cartoon networks website negates any need to know what time of day it airs on tv, especially since youtube is a common things on tv screens, phones and tablets. anyone that equates a 6am timeslot with cancelation of a show is living in the past by about a decade
GWolfv2
I suspect online numbers are a big contributor to this one
Also armada/energon/Cybertron got almost 150 eps soooooooooooo
GWolfv2
With respect this is a misleading news story where speculation is conflated to fact
ScientistMan
As long as they keep making the show and throwing it up on Youtube I don't care what Cartoon Network does anymore.
Eric
I'm surprised, given the channel it's currently on with the 6am weekday death slot. Just like with Armada.
And Energon.
And Cybertron.
And Animated.

Good. I Love season 2. BUT in season 3 they need to stop this 10 minutes B.S. This is becoming a great series go back to the 21 to 22 minute run time.
Michael Payton
It's a fun show. The second season is better than the first one. I'm glad it and RBA are each getting an additional season order. I wonder if that's due to Netflix picking up both shows.
Requiem Prime
Nice to see they felt what they have in cyberverse had legs (could use some snappier dialogue though).
DiamondTiara
I am enjoying Cyberverse. It is a great series and I am looking forward to seeing more of it. Season 2 is getting better as it goes, and I fully expect Season 3 to top Season 2. Bravo, keep it up.

I'm glad to hear it's getting a third season. I really enjoy Cyberverse. I had a couple of minor gripes about season 1, but overall it was fun. Like many people apparently, I find season 2 to be step up. I do hope that they find a way to work in some more pre-war Cybertron flashbacks though, as that was one of the things I liked most about the first season.
It would be nice if the toys were better, but I understand that they're not for my demographic and hey, we have WfC so I don't mind. And one the cool things about Cyberverse is that it's introducing those classic G1 characters to a whole new generation. And since it has Cheetor, who knows, maybe we'll see some more BW characters at some point? Ordinarily I wouldn't like the two series mixing like that (I didn't feel Optimus Primal fit well in POTP, despite the fact that I like character), but with wackiness of this show I think they could make it work.
Go-Faster-Wings
Heck yeah bring it on!!! The second season is a good improvement over the first, so I'm super excited how this team will grow by the time the movie will come around. I hope we get some DVD releases soon, too, I would love to own this show.
