Nah, I think that trying to make stuff like GoT is overrated. The reason why I compare it to the Prequels is because of all of the walking and talking .
TeamOptimus
See I wasn’t sure if I was reading too much into his behavior, but yeah, it looks like he really is on the road to completely losing it. Please give us some of the evil laughing, completely mad G1 Megatron who wants to take over the universe.
Also, good to see Anna and Beth are still on these comics. They’re by far the best artists in previous issues.
ALSO, according to Brian Ruckley, issue fifteen is supposed to focus on Megatron and show a lot of his backstory. I’m really curious to find out where he comes from and what made him the way he is.
Lionheart
But many loons have lusted for power.
Mattymo
You mean you want it to be game of thrones and instead you think it’s the Star Wars prequels.
Lionheart
Just as I predicted, Megs has a mental breakdown, and boom- the Decepticons are formed! I'm just wondering if Shockwave is like, mentally broken or literally broken (Shockwave in pieces this early would be pretty funny. I bet Sentinel would be behind it). Also I'm excited to see what this colony world looks like.
Digger
This galaxies stuff could be really good. I may read up on the IDW stuff so I’m up to date.

If you want to know, it happened in issue #10.
Basically:
But, if you want the whole picture, Volume 1 of Transformers (2019 – ) comes out in the last week of September (specifically, 25th September) and will have the first 12 issues, so you’ll be only 1 issue behind, as issue #13 also is scheduled to come out in September.
Omegashark18
Cause I haven’t been reading, I don’t fully understand the divide between Megatron and Shockwave.
I guess that’ll be saved for when I get Volume 1.
kaijuguy19
Took a long while but the Decepticon uprising is starting…Going to be ugly seeing both Megatron and Shockwave reaching the point of snapping big time.

Regarding Transformers #15:
I’m surprised to see the Decepticons being introduced this soon in this series, but I look forward to it. I also wonder how broken will Shockwave be. Could it be up to a point where he has to be rebuilt?
As for Transformers Galaxies #3:
How to pronounce Mayalx? I’d think it’d sound like you’re saying “My Alex.” I also look forward to learning more about Nominus Prime.
November sounds like a great month for IDW between this and TMNT #100, in my opinion.
Rodimus Prime
It isn't complex, though, it's just plodding. It wants to be GoT but instead turned out like the SW Prequels.
SuperTitanHans
On the other hand, what immensely ballsy storytelling, to take a very binary and simplistic premise and spin it out into something complex and multifaceted. Especially on a licensed property. I suspect if and when this gets to the 50+ issue mark, history will look favorably on these decisions and we’ll all be talking about what a masterstroke it was to defer the war.
Rodimus Prime
Only 15 issues to get to the Decepticons!
Also, how do you pronounce Mayalx? Most obvious would be Mayalks, but Mayalsh, Mayalkh, or Mayaldz are all entirely possible.
