Here’s a small news which flew under the radar thanks to all the cool news which dropped throughout the past couple of weeks. Allspark Animations (formerly Hasbro Studios), SVP of global distribution and development Finn Arnesen has stepped down from his position to hand over the reins to Nina Scales.
Mr. Arnesen was instrumental in developing and distributing popular Hasbro shows such as Transformers: Prime, Transformers: Rescue Bots, My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, G.I. Joe: Renegades, Transformers: Robots In Disguise and many more. His work resulted in Hasbro content being seen today in more than 195 territories across multiple platforms.
Mrs. Scales will step into the role of SVP of global distribution, reporting to Stephen Davis (Hasbro CCO and EVP).
We wish Nina Scales the best of luck, and a bright future to Finn Arnesen on his upcoming endeavors.

More of a prediction than an assumption. A prediction infused with my personal brand of humor. If you get it, thats cool. If you dont get it, dont worry my feelings arent hurt. Different mindsets obviously.
Minibots
Still don’t have a basis. More of an assumption than anything.

Ah, sorry about the mix-up. I agree with your thoughts on women getting a seat at the table. It’s not always an SJW move. Sometimes, women simply earn what they have.
Rodimus Prime
He made a stupid comment. Roast him and move on. You're not the moral arbiter of the fandom, and have now contributed to the derailing of the thread more than him.
Unless you have some interview with her that you're sitting on, there's no reason to assume anything about her.

I said them in my original post. Scroll back a few pages if it intrigues you.

Well it’s a wfc trilogy, as in from what I can tell, they are just going to keep the name “war for cybertron” but then change the last bit of the title from “siege” to something else. So the show will come out around when either the 2nd part of it starts, or at the end of the current siege line.

Looked up what else this person has done before this role, as the article didn't really go into that…
Vice President of international distribution for Hasbro for 5 years, Senior Sales Director in the UK for 3 before that, Head of Sales and Marketing for a TV and sports distribution agency for like 10 years before that.
So she's got some chops, both in the media biz and in knowing Hasbro's business. I'd have figured they'd go for someone with more direct animation / media experience, but at the executive level I have frankly no idea how important that direct experience would be to their day to day decisions.
Finn Arnesen, by comparison, was the producer on robotboy, the cramp twins, and scooby doo: mystery Inc (which alone gives him some cred to me, but I'm biased), but beyond that, he worked on series development for TBS, whatever that means, and some program management and sports media posts. So maybe a bit different, maybe not, I don't really know those roles that well. Tradeoff of direct TV / show development experience vs. experience with Hasbro itself, both of which could be valuable.
Let's see how shit develops, I guess. Maybe it won't be the flaming end of the world?

Mmmmmmmmmmmmhm.
And, could I ask, what your basis for these left field predictions is?

Assumptions are the mother of all f**k ups.
SPLIT LIP
Nope, that's Roosterteeth as far as I know.
I'm sure Allspark's name will be in the credits, but actual production is all done by RT.
If WFC ever happens. Once again Hasbro has all the timing of a stuttering pack mule as far as having the intended toy-selling media air even remotely close to when the toyline in general is on shelves. Hell, we're already rumouring and speculating on WFC's sequel and we don't even have a stitch of info on the show itself.

Just a couple of left field predictions I had…

A yes to what exactly? Yes, I'm trying to expose toxic elements of our fandom.

Any leaked images of the Siege Netflix Show? Curious of the art style.
Grand Slam
So that's a yes.

I see these talking points all the time. It's a pervasive stain on every fandom. Some people might not have heard them though, and so I asked him to elaborate to remove any chance of plausible deniability.
Grand Slam
Isn't that exactly what your earlier post below is?

I was actually talking about the other guy I quoted. You know the type. God forbid a woman in the entertainment industry is just, you know, doing a job. But no, to these people, it's a sign of some sort of nefarious "SJW" conspiracy. They did it when Christina Hodson was announced to write Bumblebee, they did it when Hailee Steinfeld was announced to play Charlie. They do it every time there's a news story about a woman doing anything in any movie, game, or comic franchise.
DarkRed401
is allspark studios involved with the wfc show?
