He's a selects figure and a Fan channel exclusive, which in terms means yes he's a online exclusive.

As to where to order him. You can basically order him from any online store that decides to carry him, that isn't Walmart, Target or Amazon.

A cipher is a 1:1 substitute for an existing alphabet. Like, character 1 represents an A, character 2 represents a B, and so on. As opposed to genuine different character sets used for foreign languages that may have one character represent two similar sounds, have no representations of certain sounds at all, may have characters for sounds that don't exist in English/German/French/whatever, or may use characters to represent syllables or entire words instead of just single sounds.

Basically, "alien" fonts that use a cipher work under the ludicrous assumption that everyone uses the same set of sounds in their languages, and use the same number of characters to represent those sounds in writing.

Ah ok, got it. I can see why people do stuff like that in sci-fi/fantasy as a shortcut but it is hella lazy I agree.
