Would someone mind linking the coverage of the Cyberverse panel? Can’t find it.

Hasbro is soooooo poor I mean 4.5 billion in sales compared to Bandai's 6. Oh the shame lol
Now I am not discounting that their piece is nice. But I guarantee you that if this was in Bandai's hands they would make it more premium and figure out how to place those panels in the legs. And really even if they were add on pieces I would not mind. And I know there are FT sycophants here but the WeiJiang Omega is very very good for 130ish dollars. If any of those 3rd or 4th party takes over making Unicron hmmmm. Look at what a tiny unknown company did with Optimus prime which for the money blows Hasbro's 3.0 version. Now this is Hasbro.
Its embarrassing you need to crowd fund like some unknown enter the market toy maker/designer. WOW.
Now the CDN dollar is dogshit So if I wanted to drop $750 dollars for this meh piece on the off chance it will get all 8000 backers. UM I think there are some amazing works of art in collectibles I could drop almost 800 dollars sans shipping costs that if I needed to dump it I could easily get my money back.
Transformers are notoriously poor resale value adds
EDIT> I wonder what the new Toyworld would do with Unicron as of late wholly shit

Bandai is one of the biggest top 3 toy makers in the world and yet they didnt need crowd sourcing. Really Hasbro?

They need to meet their target Aug 31st considering this is such a show piece and less than 2000 backers

So… what is the next War for Cybertron line going to be called? Wasn't that supposed to be revealed?

I saw the Soundblaster pre-order up on TFSource – does anyone else know if that means the other major online TF focused retailers will get it as well? (despite being a Walmart exclusive)

I’m legitimately curious as to who has come up with the idea of just unveiling everything in the weeks/days leading up to these conventions. Studio Series at NYTF this year was disappointing because they’d revealed everything a week before the event (I actually thought the stuff revealed the week before was an “appetiser” of sorts). And Hasbro blew their entire load a month ago with the reveal of Astrotrain, Apeface, etc. And if they’d held onto their britches for three more days, the unveiling, and excitement thereof, of Unicron at SDCC would’ve been amazing. A figure like that deserves to be revealed at a convention, not the lame old internet.

Well todays the last day for SDCC. Still no official reveals in the form of a slideshow introducing the things in the glass case we had never seen before the convention. No scorponok, no studio series. No real reveals. And no Unicron doesnt count because it was revealed by Hasbro Pulse, not by means of SDCC.
Thundershot
If they hadn’t had so many pre-SDCC reveals (like Apeface and co and Unicron) then maybe it wouldn’t have seemed so dull. The preview night with actual NEW stuff was the most exciting for people.

They played us like a damn fiddle

Yep, disappointing SDCC as others said. Repaint city, and not even good ones…the rainmakers
look like knock-offs, and they managed to screw up the G1 Toy Reflector set which was an EASY home run. My wallet is stoked though.

ya its bull crap, thats one of the most popular series if not most popular right now and they couldn't care enough to show at least like 3 new figures????? like what the hell
the studio series isn't cancelled
User_124141
He might get a first reveal in NYCC which is in a couple of months
Breaking news there will be no studio series reveals as if there were it would've been shown by now
Skillfulgram2003
SDCC is still going on today and Tomorrow. Theres rumors speculating we might get a Studio Series panel but I doubt it at this point There probably going to Reveal little bits of stuff at this point like Maybe toys for Cyberverse. But I expect nothing major or huge. If we dont get anything for Today or Tomorrow for studio series. then I guess our best bets are London comic con and Paris Comic con and NYCC

Unicron is cool, but is that the "titan" reveal or could there be more to come on Saturday or Sunday? Overall I'm ecstatic, but was hoping to see a huge Scorponok. Oh well, next year.
Barricade34
They threw the whole line down the f-ing bus and flipped the fans off alright
ReadyParzivalOne
im pissed no new studio series

Anything about the Little Guys? (Botbots/Tiny Turbo/similar)

I hope I'm proven wrong, but I think if they had anything else to show, they'd have done so by now. It's kind of infuriating. Not even projector slides of the new SS Bumblebee and Soundwave?. Or an official reveal of the WFC Part II name/design theme?
