Via actionfigureinsider.com, we have our first proper look at the new officially licensed Super 7 San Diego Comic-Con 2019 Exclusive Super Cyborg Megatron.
This is a 12″ poseable Megatron figure featuring his iconic Fusion cannon and removable chest plate and casted in crystal clear plastic with painted inner torso, and packaged in a deluxe window box. The perfect match for the previously released Super Cyborg Optimus Prime which was a San Diego Comic-Con 2018 exclusive.
Super Cyborg Megatron will be available at San Diego Comic-Con 2019 at booth #2543 for $75.00. We also expect this item to be made available for purchase at other future conventions in 2019 as well as the Super7 online store.

Just for an FYI the Megatron is not a ReAction figure. It doesn't say it anywhere on the box and they revealed the Transformers ReAction figures at New York Toyfair this year. I put a link below.

In this first picture taken from the thread I added in the link, neither of these figures is under the ReAction line. There is no ReAction label where is says the information. They are called Super Cyborg
In this second pic taken from the same link it clearly states ReAction figures on the indenting information for what the Bumblebee character is. ReAction figures are not 12" tall. They are 3.75" and are supposed to be a homage to the Kenner figures from the 80s. Star Wars is an example.
And in this last picture we can clearly see the real Megatron ReAction figure prototype, along with a few others.

That's kind of the point. Super 7's Reaction is a line for collectors that just want one or two charterers from a given franchise. They're "desk toys" made so that Luke Skywalker and Tyler Durden will fit together. They're like Funko Pops but slightly cooler.

I love that Super7 keeps doing this weird, wild stuff! It's not for me, but I love that it exists and that it makes the fans it has very happy. I think it looks neat, just not neat enough for me to buy.
And that box callout, "7 points of articulation!" made me genuinely laugh. They know what's up.
