Super Impulse is adding Transformers to their World Smallest Catalog and with G1 characters for all classic old-time fans.
The “Wold Smallest” line consists of iconic retro brands in tiny toys or figurines. First, a listing about some new “World’s Coolest Transformers” caught our attention. Later, an imaged shared via Juegos Juguetes y coleccionables Facebook gave us a look at the early packaged samples of G1 Bumblebee and Starscream (non transformable).
We still have no concrete information on price or release date, but the figurines shown are identical to the ones sold last year in Peru via the Hasbro & Coney Park Peru G1 Transformers Figurines campaign. They were about 5 cm tall and more characters like Megatron, Soundwave, Grimlock and Optimus Prime were available too.
Click on the bar to see the mirrored images (including some classic G.I Joe figurines) after the jump and then sound off on the 2005 Boards.

I’ve been to every target in my area
store stock shows they have a few, but no one can find them
and I got shamed yesterday for buying a Funko pop
woman asked me if the figure was an “Essential purchase” and then told me I need to spend time with the lord

Look your target's easter section, they should be in the bottom row of the toys. The slot will have all kinds of "worlds smallest": mr potato head, hot wheels, care bears, etc, in addition to the TFs. If your store has the other ones but not TFs, someone bought them

Yeah, they popped up online at the link above way before they had them at Target, which was good for me since I don't have a Target within driving distance, anyway.

Does anyone know where I can get a Starscream online? All I see in the Target Easter section is OP and BB.

These are not the same as the Dollar Tree ones. The ones at Target are smaller, and have 3 POA (neck and arms). The Dollar Tree ones have no articulation in addition to being larger, and the sculpts are not the same, though they look generally similar. I think the Dollar Tree ones are not painted or quite as detailed as the Target ones.

At the very least, these things will probably be cool if you have a custom 1/6 scale action figure if yourself and it can hold the carded toy

The paint and molding seem a bit lousy. But they might suffice as citybot supplements.

Eh, I quite like Optimus. I'll probably pick the other two up when I see them.

If they're not gonna transform I'd prefer they just put the alt mode in a mini version of the original packaging and maybe include a separate robot figure

This ain't it, chief.
The whole point of this line is that they're working, accurate but miniaturized versions of vintage products. This fails every point of that. I'd have been happy with tiny vehicle modes in replica packaging but these leave me scratching my head.
I guess its something for hyper casual demo, you can put it on a shelf and say 'Its just like the one I had as a kid!' even though it isnt?

Saw these at a locally owned toy shop some weeks ago. Was not impressed.

Oh so that’s what they look like I saw bags at dollar tree yes I work there it’s job,. better from Tim hortons job I use to have be treated badly
Shark Jumper
Had I known these were new I would have said something sooner. They work okay as wst heroes of cybertron or super7 or action masters.

I'll stick to my limited WST lineup.View attachment 28556021

They have been found in Target's Easter section.

Look at all of that extra plastic packaging. Such a terrible waste.
