A bit of unexpected but nevertheless exciting news comes to us from Tokyo Toy Show which is just getting started, thanks to Twitter user @Gadepon. On display overseas are prototypes of the recently revealed Snaptrap (Turtler in Japan) and one of his soldiers, Skalor (or Gulf, for Japanese fans)! Both are displayed in all three modes including their gestalt ones, giving us our first look at Piranacon (King Poseidon). The pictures show both are clear, extensive remolds of Terrorcon molds, Snaptrap of course being Hun-Grrr and Skalor coming from Blot. Additionally, we can see new articulated hands and feet for this combiner.
As of now, the other four Seacons are absent, including in combined mode. Some silhouettes and parts of Skalor mold seem to indicate that the weapon mode is also possible. Will we see them soon? Stay tuned to TFW for more news on Tokyo Toy Show as it continues over the next few days, and be sure to check out the pics after the jump!
