I finally got around to listening to this episode. Sounds like you guys got a lot of the same stuff as me! I'm glad to see my Generation Selects aren't the only ones with loose joints. I only grabbed Ricochet/Stepper, but I was let down by the joints. I also picked up one of the reto highway Bumblebee sets. It was the one you could find at Gamestop. I got it mostly for the Dino Cassettes. I don't feel like I need both versions of the tapes, just happy to own the molds. Finally, I love the Big Powered set, but I share your concerns on Dai Atlas. Overall it's a cool set.
OptimusPhillip
Half sleep scientist, half cicada beetle. The Cicada Rhythm, a new movie by David Cronenburg.
Wreckgar
What would I like to see in a broad scale? Finally make Transtech!
Requiem Prime
Windblade's presence was similar to when we switched from "every franchise has a bumblebee" to "Bumblebee is in everything".
I'm super down with Hasbro expanding their short list. Yes there are ones you almost always have, but mix up the team with other people. Like Prime to RID.
Speaking of them. Going forward, I would like to see more shows quasi-related with different teams. ESPECIALLY if designs are sticking to G1. You don't even have to say they are related.

It's just Real Head. You don't say the 'x'.

I think people would have an easier time with Windblade without the overt Giesha look. It\'s not a Transformery look.

Hey! thanks again for answering my question, I think it was a really interesting conversation and appreciate it! Also yes, I have Big Powered too and the most unfortunate thing is the ball joint tooling degradation that seemed to happen.
I'm also on the same page as you all with the brand homogonization. It's cool for the fans of the G1 style, but I can see myself tuning out eventually if year after year things look to "samey".
And in addition to that, you did pretty much get my name right! I didn't mean to double dip, I kind of assumed the questions would be spread out among the different episodes but I wasn't thinking about how close I submitted each one. Also that had to be someone else at the collector's panel, I haven't managed to get to a transformers convention yet myself. But also thanks for the detail you all dove into behind your collections. At the moment I've placated my Ultra Magnus thing by telling myself that one is Minimus Ambus and one is the original IDW Ultra Magnus so they are totally two different characters, one two hangout with the Lost Light Crew and one on my wreckers shelf… it's a slippery slope.

Similar to those that omit the fact that Windbalade was a fan vote are individuals who say that Generations is G1 only. The line would be a good way to get the figures Van is talking about. It's like saying Hasbro should throw Select under the bus so you can get deluxe and voyager figures from eras you might not have.
