Courtesy of Loopaza Mega Store we have our usual doses of Figure King Magazine Scans. Issue #256 shows some images of Transformers Beast Wars MasterpieceMP-46 Blackarachnia, War For Cybertron Siege, Cyberverse & 3A DLX Bumblebee.
This month we only have 4 pages of Transformers items:
- Transformers Beast Wars MasterpieceMP-46 Blackarachnia – Some clear shots showing off poseability, accessories and a great comparison pic next to Masterpiece Megatron. You can join to the ongoing discussion about fan-favorite bad spider-bot here.
- War For Cybertron: Siege – Colored images of Wave 8 (for the Japanese market) SG-33 Powertrain & Highjump, SG-34 Barricade and SG-35 Thundercracker.
- Transformers Cyberverse – Images of the upcoming toys for the Japanese market. There are no noticeable difference compared to their Hasbro counterparts.
- 3A Premium Scale Bumblebee – Some shots of this impressive action figure based on Bee’s appearance from his movie.
Check out all the images after the jump and let us know your impressions on the 2005 Boards!

We don't know.
MUSHA has been confirmed to appear in the Japanese version of the Mega Drive Mini, but there's no word if it's coming to the Genesis Mini. 10 of the Genesis Mini's games haven't been announced yet. Pretty much everyone's hoping MUSHA is one of those last 10.
(And there's precedent. Sonic 2 was confirmed for the Japanese Mega Drive Mini much earlier before it was confirmed for the Genesis Mini.)

hold up are we not getting MUSHA on the Genesis Mini?

How so?

Blackarachnia looks tight as fuck. So hyped for her.
Yeah it’s an odd one. I’m gonna live with it though. Looks cool instead of just a spot of purple.
Also these cyberverse figures look not too shit in figure king. Weird. Almost makes me want them.
Also the 3A Bee looks pretty perfect. Very exciting.

I feel like it's as good as it can be so I'm not bothered either. Dinobot and Megatron show that the designers definitely aren't being lazy with the transformations, it's just blackarachnia is so much smaller so that's harder to do

I think the alt mode looks downright good. It may not be perfect, and I dislike sacrifices in designs, but I'm seeing it as a necessary evil to make the bot mode as amazing as it is.
Close-ups of the beast mode will never look great. Same goes for the rest of the BW MP's with bot pieces sticking out and larger shell panels, so all the uproar over how "awful" the spider mode is always comes of to me as unnecessarily negative.
BWfan86
That’s what action figures are for- these are transformers. When one mode is awful, it defeats the purpose and you may as well make everything untransformable revoltechs
MegaDolrailer
Then nothing of value was lost, I'd rather have a clean robot than a robot with spider kibble chunks on it. Maybe if she was bigger it would be possible but Blackarachnia is literally one of the smallest characters in the show, this is an almost deluxe size toy
Fenrys
somewhat. lack of black forearms, lack of black strip just above waist and i think some black is gone from the legs
BWfan86
Easy to do when you completely sacrifice the alt mode

Did Barricade\'s colors change?

Nice pics of MP BA, already bought this lovely looking figure. I get they made her feet black to match beast mode but still Id rather show accurate purple feet to make her robot mode perfect. It would be nice if Takara would include spare purple color feet as an option (usually see this with 3rd parties).

Wow MP-46 has no backpack. Incredible! Yes the alt mode is far from perfect but that bot mode is perfect.
ilovebw
since beast mode is already messed up, I think purple feet would be better in robot mode. you know… its odd to see her \"black\" feet.

Where is super megatron?
Dillpickle
Nice of them to acknowledge MPM Megatron.

Cross fingers that mp47 hound is next month.
