E.J. Su is well known to Transformers fans as the man whose pen brought to life IDW’s Transformers series during Simon Furman’s tenure on the comics – he was the first to draw many of the core characters including the updated F-22 versions of Starscream and the other Seekers. That’s not all, though – E.J. also contributed packaging artwork for the Transformers Armada line, including Optimus Prime, Megatron and Hot Shot!
Andrew Griffith meanwhile has also contributed a tremendous amount of work for IDW, picking up where E.J. Su left off with All Hail Megatron, and going on to include the Robots in Disguise ongoing series and several of IDW’s Transformers Movie tie in series.
Both will be available to meet fans over the weekend of 16 – 18 August 2019, talking about their time working on Transformers comics and maybe taking art commissions too!
TFNation 2018 will be taking place over the weekend of 16 – 18 August 2019 at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole in Birmingham in England. Andrew Griffith and E.J.
