We here at TFW2005.COM pride ourselves on our great community of members who are here contributing to discussions and content daily. It’s a sad day for us when we lose one of our own. Earlier this morning, board member TCracker passed away. He had been battling cancer for some time, and now his fight is over.
Simon loved Transformers, this hobby, and sharing it with us. He was a very talented photographer, which is what most know of him for (you can view his work on his Facebook photography page). He also loved to customize Transformers figures, and his creative work inspired many (His Alternators Drift is a favorite of mine). He was also a regular contributor to many of our threads, notably the Masterpiece Appreciation thread. Simon was a witty guy, and this shown through his photography as well as many of his regular posts here. Also known for his fierce passion for the hobby, Simon constantly looked for new ways to share this hobby with others. He loved contributing here in many ways, and his presence will certainly be missed.
TFW2005.COM Staff here wish to extend our condolences to his family and friends as they grieve the loss. Feel free to share your thoughts and feelings after the jump in our ongoing discussion paying respect to the memory of our fallen friend.

I thought about him the other day actually. I didn't know the man sadly, only his brilliant photography. Most the time people say, "The world is a lesser place without 'so-and-so'." In this case…. it truly is relevant. I hope you've found rest sir. Even for those of us who didn't know you, we miss you.

Yes. That's TCracker's picture alright. It's hard to ignore quality work. There is some slight editing present though.

Came to pay my respects, just heard the tragic news… very sad to hear this…
Wouldn't it be great if all human kind could rally behind fighting this horrible disease… it's affected so many of us in some way, shape or form… can't wait for the day this horrible disease is eradicated but sadly, it wont be anytime soon….
RIP TCracker

Beautifully done. Bravo!

As some of you will know I always had a great respect for TCracker and every release I regret we'll never get to see what he would have done with this figure but none hits as hard as MP44 so whilst my photohraphy skills are very limited, I did want to produce a small homage to the guy. Anyone who can help neaten up the last two shots, I'd be very grateful.

I don't know how I missed this.
I was just thinking about him… and wondering how he was doing. A Google search revealed this.
This is how I feel right now.

Thanks everyone for thinking of my brother. It's been 3 months since his passing and I still miss him constantly. I'm sure he would have enjoyed taking pics of the MP44 and discussing it with everyone here.

This gave me the feels.
Think of it as a celebration of him. A grand toast to TCracker.

He has, indeed, been most present in my thoughts of late. His shots of this would have been legendary.

Yeah…its the main reason why I haven’t picked up my MP44 yet…it will really remind me of the dude.

It’s a rather bittersweet week.

As all the incoming in hand pics of MP 44 are popping up, I can’t help but to think of @TCracker.
One of the first poses I’m going to put MP 44 in is Tcracker’s signature superhero iron man landing pose!
Miss your pics dude!

I know I'm really late here but I haven't browsed these boards in a long time and I just found out about TCracker's passing.
I didn't even know he was sick, let alone gone. I had very few interactions with him but I admired his photography from afar. I will never forget his love for XTB Apollyon, even when everyone dumped on it after better offerings came along. The man truly had an incredible talent and eye for taking pictures of figures in awesome poses. He could make the crappiest of crap figures look good.
Whenever I had buyer's remorse over a figure I just picked up, I would search for TCracker's pictures of said figure and the remorse would disappear.
I will miss his beautiful pictures and insightful commentaries. My deepest sympathies to his family…
