Toyhax dropped by again and gave us an update for their newest label sets. Here is what Delta Star of Toyhax has to share with us:
We’re starting this release off strong! Missiles, police details and more for Siege Prowl, as well as an excellent conversion turining him into Autotrooper;
Continuing with Siege, we’ve got sets for Ironhide, Chromia and Sixgun;
Are you a fan of the little things in life? Well, we are. So we made a great little set for the Siege Rescue and Battle Patrols;
Sometimes we’re good at making things people didn’t know they wanted. Like, for instance, a Bulkhead conversion (with a part!) for Siege Hound;
As promised, we are continuing strong with Studio Series! We paid close attention to detail with this SS Ratchet, and made a cool double set for Crankcase and Crowbar:
We’ve got lots more to offer in the cel-shading department! We’ve finally covered MP Ironhide and Ratchet, as well as FT Hoodlum, and the Prowl + variant.
Last, but definitely not least, this long awaited set for DNA Design’s POTP Predaking Upgrade will at last complete your gestalt!”

Same. I’m a fan of them when they were called autoroopers. I’ve never seen orange shoulder cannons. Unless they’re a reference to the safety cones which came with them and turned into kremzeek blasters.

I'm not that familiar with Autotroopers. A quick google search yielded me no results of an Autotrooper with orange pylons. The closest that I could find were the orange traffic cones for the kiss player version. Are they from a previous iteration?

Hooray for them doing the Predaking upgrade set – I've talked to them about doing sets for the 3p add-ons and they said they will if there's enough demand – I'm REALLY hoping they'll do sets for the POTP Optimal Optimus upgrades, and the POTP/CW combiner upgrades – most notably the Dinobot and Abominus sets are in need of some matching stickers…

Idk… Bulkhead really needs to be big. Maybe not leader class, but at least voyager-sized. Not sure what exactly what toy one would use, but a deluxe Jeep boi like Hound doesn\'t do the guy justice imo.

The Autotrooper set got me to buy a Prowl. Pretty cool toy. The orange pylons are cool and iconic, but I can't help feel like the extra cost is going to stop a lot of people from army-building as many compared to if it was just a sticker set. I'm in for 1 right now but maybe I'll get more if they go on a sale (and I get a sale on a Prowl).
DOTM Ratchet looks nice. Not sure if he's quite enough of an improvement to spend the bucks right now though. I think I need to pull out my Ratchet to really see the differences. Sometimes the pictures don't look like a huge improvement until you compare them directly. Pretty eager to see what they'll do for the 07/ROTF version.

I'm the opposite. I hate the third party heavy months, especially since Hasbro started their initiative of fucking up all their mainline figures with either bad stickers or battle damage. I mean, if you're the type of person who likes very G1-toy styled details on your 3rd MP Menasor, then sure, I can understand the frustration, but usually faction symbols are enough for any unofficial figure I get.

I'd love some kind of roof that covers his gappy exposed arms in botmode. As well as something for the backend so it's not just his feet sticking out.
There's also a nice little hole filler set out there, but that alone doesn't quite doe what I want.
Anyway, I've been really pleased with previous bits I've gotten from Toyhax (hound's roof, and Starscream's fin).

Okay this is interesting:
+ Prowl: Sad they didn’t have some Japanese police decals. Was really hoping they could make those. You could have a great set with all the other police cars.
Dreads: About time they did this. But cool though.
Bulkhead: This is bloody clever. I really like this. I may get hound for this. This is so cool. Love it.
Autorooper: YEAH! YEAH! YO! YO! YOOOOOO! This is my dream! My fuckin’ dream dammit! Autorooper! So clever! And it works so well! I may just get one for Atari’s mech. But this is so cool.
But for real, I’d pay good money for hasbro to make a hot rod from mirage and toyhax makes a set based off his KP Ford GT form.

Yeah, it's a mixed bag, but Prowl is the standout. I just hope they have a knockout set for Roadking next month.
