Hero-X, the publisher behind Transformers: Generations collection of books, is also publishing the classic Marvel Transformers comics for the Japanese market.
Hero-X has already released Vol.1, Vol.2 and Vol. 3. Each volume containing 4 issues of the classic Marvel G1 comics. Hero X Twitter has shared now the amazing cover of Vol. 4 of this collection.
This new cover comes courtesy of artist Kazumasa Yasukuni who has made an impressive art featuring a scared Bumblebee surrounded by characters taken from the comic. We can even spot Donny Finkleberg, the “Robot Master”. We are sure the colors of this cover will really please your optics.
You can check out the mirrored cover after the jump and then you can share your impressions on the 2005 Boards!

Preety dope cover ngl

It was mostly the inker, I think. Akin & Garvey did issue #4 and the Headmasters, and those looked way better. Danny Bulanadi did the cosmic circus issue with Springer which also looked much better. But I would love to see Guido redraw them, or draw new stuff as well!

That is one FREAKING AMAZING COVER!!!! Straight up DOPE! Love it! Would love to see a new TF series w/covers + art like this.

I wish the covers for the US Classics release over here looked this good. The fact we just got stock art for those covers was a travesty.
BattleUpSaber
This is the only time Joey Slick has ever looked cool.
Bumblethumper
Wow I just got grabbed and I'm being teleported or something. That is all kinds of spectacular.
CleverNamePendingatron
I'd be all over that.
Capperclawed
now that is an AGGRESSIVE cover, but like i say, good comic cover arts just mean nice new phone wallpapers
Dont think ill be picking this one up, but I'm excited to hear if its good!

Wow, this is just incredible!
RolandofGilead
That looks amazing. Are there trades available for the old Marvel comics in the US? What about the UK version?
Vector Oracle
Especially the first four issues. Frank Springer's early TF artwork is rather muddy when it comes to giant robots, even if he did noticeably improve in the Headmasters miniseries. I'd love to see Guido Guidi redraw them.
Acteon
It might be sacrilege but I'd love to see some of the old Marvel stories redrawn by modern artists.
Prime Wylde
Just…beautiful. Hope that's actually black light reactive.
CyberstormSM
That cover is all types of awesome.
Furnace
That is hands down the absolute most beautiful TF cover I've seen in a very long time!
