I mean, this was a legitimate auction. Hundreds of items were sold from Paramount Pictures.

But is there any proof?, Just curiosity, because is still funny that they are not the actual prop used in the movie, the ones one can compare to the scene in question
MV95
No, there were most likely many sets of cards created for the scene and options were given on which ones to use. Jeffrey Beecroft or ultimately Michael Bay made the decision. All of the cards were officially made for production, but that doesn’t mean they were actually used on screen.
Arkimus Prime
Oh, shit.

sorry for resurrecting this thread but a friend of mine brought an interesting point to this
not all the cards are the same as the used in the movie, bumblebee is seen from the front, but in the movie card, its looking to the side, also the suit is j of spades not of hearts
wouldn't that mean the cards were fake?
normtrooper
For the love of God, did anyone buy those cards!
Cyborgraptor
Did anyone here ended up buying the cards?

I was on the bidding page for a while but just couldn't bring myself to pull the trigger on anything

The auction is live now, the cards are up to $400 and $500.
Autobot Burnout
Damn, I actually want those tags. Lennox is the best human in the films.

Thanks. Dino, Shockwave and Megatron look good even in low resolution.
I hope we see those 3D models too one day.
N.E.S.T. Passport agency.
Man I wish we had an image of Jolt in one of those cards.

There are still five cards left and I expect only fan have interest in this item. Well, I am gonna try to win both of that.
Or maybe it is full pack of cards only with different underside.
And there is no Wheeljack too.

Interesting stuff, but this poses a new question. Where did the government get those Decepticon and Sentinel pics from? Clearly it’s not like they called Megatron and said “hey dude I know you hate Earth and shit but can I call you and your buddies up for a photoshoot”.

This is the highest resolution I can get:

Those dogs tags look weird for some reason, like why do they have his D.O.B, his full name and no identification no.? and why the top ones say "bullet"?

Sooooo based on these new card pics, we can deduce that the only known surviving Transformers from the original trilogy are: Optimus Prime, Megatron (through mitosis), Dino, Bumblebee, Brains, Wheelie, Barricade, Topspin (who decided to wear Leadfoot’s head), and whoever Garagebot is. We still don’t know if the following have survived: Sideswipe, Jolt, Roadbuster, Skids, Mudflap, Igor, Scalpel, Reedman, the DotM garbage truck, Watch-Bot (the one latched to Sam’s wrist), a random Silverado con from DotM, a police car con from DotM, and various unreported protoforms. Although a few of these have been answered in the comics, including Skids, Mudflap, Jolt, and Scalpel. Hopefully we see these cards soon!

There's some still missing, though, as "Acree" was included in the movie as well.

I took a screen grab. Maybe someone can upload a better version.
@TheSoundwave
The wait begins.
Triple Melter
imagine havin a girl at your place and be like "these arrows right here? these were the actual arrows used by no name extras and can be seen for like 3 seconds in a 3 minute sequence of a movie"
i can hate on this as i myself am an owner of a stupid movie prop that is worthless and no one will ever want but I spent way too much on
netkid
Hooray! Dino LIVES!!!!!
Now to learn who else is alive. Somebody better win both those card lots for the TFwiki!
